Nestled in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $365 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Relax in this raised beach home very close to Surfside Beach. You will enjoy 3 bedrooms each with private bath. Start your day with breakfast made in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the ocean breeze from the screened front porch. One covered porch on main level, master bedroom on 2nd level features access to sunporch. Just a short half block walk to the well maintained beach in Surfside, known as the "family beach". Just a few stairs and a very short boardwalk and you are on the beach! Very convenient location, you can easily walk, bicycle or golf cart to local restaurants, parks and fishing piers. Handicapped beach access one block down. Bedrooms: 1. 1 queen 2. 1 king and pull out twin 3. 2 twin over full bunkbeds Features: * free standing house with fenced in back yard, private outdoor living space * private saltwater pool (not heated) with shaded seating under house * screened porch with ceiling fans * Parking for 4 vehicles, 2 covered under house * 2020 upgrades: new furniture and paint in master bedroom , new twin pull out loveseat, renovated main floor bathroom, outside back yard new surface pavers * 2021 upgrade: new flooring installed main level cable/wifi, smart TV with Roku, 2 tvs total (one upstairs, one main level) *Brand new for 2023: Completely renovated main bathroom with walk in shower and brand new HVAC system, new washer/dryer *New for 2024: new tile floor throughout main level, new paint main level, renovated kitchen with granite countertops, upgraded smart tv in living area * propane grill * Beach chairs and umbrellas, pool floats, fishing cart, beach wagon, beach toys * 3 adult size beach bikes. * enclosed outside shower with bench * convenient check in and key access, no waiting at rental offices *close to grocery, golf, restaurants, shopping. **Motorcycle friendly, golf cart friendly and bicycle friendly neighborhood **No pets **Linens are included: sheets for each bed and 10 sets bath towels. BYO beach towels ** Weekly rentals only between Memorial Day and the 3rd week in August. Off season, 3 days minimum rental at the daily rate. **Please note we rent to families and adult groups; we do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age; ID may be required to verify age** Responsible party signing the rental agreement must stay at the property for the duration of the rental period**

First and foremost, the communication with the property owner, David, was outstanding. From the initial inquiry until we arrived, he was responsive, accommodating, and professional. He answered all our questions promptly and provided all the necessary information, making the entire process seamless.
The property itself exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The unit was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring the utmost comfort and convenience. Any concerns or maintenance requests we had were addressed promptly, further amplifying our positive experience. You will not need beach gear as this property has everything you could want and need for fun in the sun.
The location of the property was also ideal. Situated in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, we were a short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores and restaurants.
The pool was undoubtedly the highlight of our rental experience, especially for the kids. The sparkling pool was well maintained, offering a refreshing oasis during the summer month. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our leisure time lounging by the pool and taking a refreshing swim.
We are grateful for the positive memories we created during our time at this property and will definitely return.

We all enjoyed our stay at this property so much and we didn't want to leave. This house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. The beach was so close as well as some restaurants and shops that we were able to walk to quite a bit of stuff. We would definetely rent at Sandy Cheeks again if we go back to the area. The property owners were very friendly and responsive.

This house is accurately listed and actually better than the description. It truly is less than a block walk to the beach access. The pool area is very nice. The house set up is accommodating for a large family. We had 4 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents in our group and it worked perfect.
All the bedrooms were accommodating and nice. The kitchen is well equipped.
We had horrible weather for our stay which was such a bummer, but our kids did not complain and we all made the most of it. There are games and books and puzzles provided as well as TV service.
The owners were amazing hosts: very kind, thoughtful, and generous. We would stay again if we return to the area.

Walk to the beach so you don't have to worry about sand in your car and loading and unloading. Great restaurants only a five minute drive away. The house was updated with new flooring and newer outdoor furniture that added to the comfort and appeal. We would definitely recommend this house and location to everyone we know.

The perfect "home base" for my family of 5 while visiting family in the area. Property was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. Dual twin-over-full bunks in the "kids room" made a great retreat for our 10, 8, and 4 yo. Kitchen fairly well equipped and furniture was comfy for lounging. Nice array of beach stuff in the outdoor closet.

It was great - larger than expected, looked like it had been remodeled in the last few years, very well done. Pool was a good size for the 5 of us. 3 min walk to the beach, a block away. Next time we will rent a golf cart! Definitely keeping it on the list to return to some day.

This home was just right for our family of nine; seven adults, a twelve year old, two year old and nine months. Everything was clean, easy to find and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. We prepared and ate most of our meals at the house either grilling or just sitting poolside. The kitchen had everything needed including spices and seasonings. The shed under the house was stocked with pool toys, floats, beach toys, beach chairs and wagons to tote everything on the 5 minute walk to the beach. We truly felt at home and made the most of every day at ‘Sandy Cheeks,’ we will cherish the family memories made here, thanks again to Dave and Jen for sharing their home with us!
