THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We loved the location close to the pool (adjacent), listening to the water feature through the open patio screen, and the miles of walking trails accessible from the front door (across Thompson Peak Parkway). The Grayhawk Condo was very clean, well supplied, the beds were comfortable and the place was very private and quiet for condo living. Everyone we met poolside or walking was extremely friendly, and the grounds are continually maintained and kept up during the day. Great place!

This condo is in a nice gated condo community. The location is fantastic. It provides easy access to lots of great places in North Scottsdale. The unit is located right by the pool which is nice. It is very quiet. We rented for about three months and would recommend it. It would be a great place to rent for a few nights or for an extended period of time. Vacasa was responsive and helpful through the whole process.
