It's just a stone's throw from Lido Beach. What else makes this property unique? It has a completely separate “in-law” suite, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, which enables those traveling who wish a little more privacy yet to be part of the activities on the same property! This charming home has incredible internet, with 457 mbps download and 28 mbps upload. A perfect place to relax, unwind & enjoy your private, mature lush surroundings. This charming home has hardwood flooring, crown moldings, & ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen has been outfitted with cherry cabinets, stainless appliances, and granite countertops, microwave oven. All living room furniture has been recently purchased including the 60” flat screen plasma television. There are 4 tvs total in this home. Cable TV/HBO and wireless internet are available for your enjoyment. Three bedrooms in total on this property; one with a new king sized bed, the second with a queen sized bed, the third also with a queen sized bed. All have comfortable mattresses & quality pillows that will afford you a peaceful night's sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for a great day. The property is very clean and well-appointed. Communication was good before and during the stay, and the manager was very accommodating with our timeline. LOCATION is what makes this a really great stay ... the beach is a 5 minute walk to the left, and the downtown circle is 10 minutes to the right ... all very walk-able. The pool is a great size, and the outdoor spaces are very nice. Would stay again.

Loved this little slice of paradise just a short walk to the beach and the property offers a unique privacy environment around the home and the lovely pool due to the lush vegetation surrounding it. Makes you feel like you have no neighbors. Every convenience is a short distance whether walking or driving. The separate one bed area is an added bonus for additional privacy when staying with family and or friends. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a really great time here! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Everything all around was wonderful. From the comfy, well-kept house to the amazing location... walking into town with so many lovely restaurants, bars & shops. And of course, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Very convenient. Don't miss the sunsets! We felt totally at home at the house. The owner did a fabulous job making sure we had everything we needed & taking such great care of the house. And she was always just a text/call away when we had questions. Loved the pool. And the fire pit. We did alot of walking around & exploring in town and at the beach, did some fun kayaking. I highly recommend the house and visiting Lido/St Armands!

An extremely comfortable home with great beds! A fantastic location (we walked to the beach and St Armand’s). Really private pool and heater was a plus! Outdoor fire pit was good for one night that was chilly. The managers made sure we had everything we needed but also left us alone. The house is stocked with every kitchen gadget you need. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We’ve already booked for next year.

I pretty much rate every short-term rental with the above criteria, and these folks hit it out of the park. The house is very well cared for, the hosts were helpful yet gave us privacy. We loved the house, it was super clean and well appointed and very nicely decorated. We had a great vacation. Five Stars All Around!

We truly enjoyed this home. We were able to park our car and just walk everywhere we wanted. That was super helpful because it was the holidays and busy on St. Armands. We walked to the beach and St. Armands but truly loved just sitting by this pool! It is very private and peaceful. A wonderful getaway with memories for a lifetime!

We were just looking for a short vacation getaway and this place was perfect! It was so cozy and homey. So many amenities to make truly relaxing for us.
We especially loved the privacy of the pool! We found ourselves spending so much time out there. Having the beach so.close to the house also was so great!
This house had everything we needed to be relaxed and just enjoy ourselves. The perfect getaway home. Lori was the sweetest host making sure that it was easy for us to access the house.
We look forward to coming back to Sarasota again and will definitely stay here again.

The house was just as listed online and just a 5 min walk to beach and pool was just perfect. We really enjoyed dinner and breakfast on St Armand’s circle and fantastic shopping. Hope to stay again!

Outside of house is beautiful. Vicki and Lori were very easy to communicate with. We did feel, however, that the kitchen and bathrooms in the house are tired and need updated. Outside of house is beautiful. Vicki and Lori were very easy to communicate with. We did feel, however, that the kitchen and bathrooms in the house are tired and need updated. Both bathrooms are quite small! Kitchen cabinets are tired however it is nicely stocked. The cooktop was cracked. Nice walking distance to St. Armands or the beach.

Lovely and private!
This is the third time I have rented a house with VRBO. This house was the best! The beach is right down the street and its a short walk to St. Armands Circle. The house was beautiful and so clean! We felt like we were on a deserted island with the beautiful pool and mature landscaping. Check the pictures, just like it shows. You will not be disappointed!!

Amazing property and location.
This is a beautiful property for a great price just walking distance to the beach (0.2 miles) and also walking distance to St. Armand's Circle (0.5 miles). We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean with a beautiful pool and a shed full of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc.) and was maintained beautifully. In addition, the kitchen had lots of top notch cooking and serving ware to make dinner. We did not want to leave! Thanks to Vicki for being such a great host; she was communicative and answered all questions quickly and was a great help to us during our stay.

It was wonderful to get away with our family for a few days during this coronavirus period. Lido Key was a great place to chill out. The house was beautiful and was very well equipped . The pool was lushly landscaped and we thought we were in paradise. Everything was provided for the beach (towels, beach chairs and umbrellas) which was great and the beach was about 5 minutes walk from the house. We also were also within walking distance from all shops and restaurants. Vicky and Lori couldn’t have been better hosts. I would recommend it without hesitation to my friends and we will certainly return. The only thing that it could use is a handrail at the pool for the old folks.

Wonderful vacation in Lido Key, Florida

What a find!
A great trip! Great hosts! The privacy at this place is incredible. The peace just being at home, even during interesting times was so great. The beach was closed and the shops and restaurants were only open for dining outside and limited capacity. But, we still had an amazing trip. We will be back.

A great location, a great home!
We were celebrating our anniversary and this spot couldn't have been any more perfect. We were so glad to have found Lori and Vicky. They were responsive and really do care about their guests, far beyond customers. We felt so welcomed and our expectations were surely met. What a Wonderful Home!

Thank you, Vicki, for all you did for us. We had such a nice stay at your house. We are going to try your other 3 bedroom listing next stay because it's one full house. Though we enjoyed our stay here greatly, we would have liked the house to be one full unit instead of split into two. But, we must say again, we had a great time. Beautiful place, well taken care of. Beds comfortable, short walk to everything.

A great home with everything you'd need!
Vicki thought of everything. The house is well stocked with everything you'd need in a kitchen when it comes to cooking utensils, pots/pans, baking, etc. The grill was a nice addition for us as we weren't expecting it. There are actually three showers in this location as we used the outdoor shower every day. Thanks for a great property!

A truly great property!
We've had bad experiences with VRBO properties in the past. But this team knows how to run a vacation location. The house is well taken care of, beds comfortable, quiet neighborhood. We will be staying at their other 3-bedroom location next year for a week, though. It's a bigger house and offers the same great team and a private pool, etc. But, this is a great home also. We just prefer a little more room.

We were a group of 3 girlfriends traveling for a getaway. We had a wonderful trip. Our favorite part of the house is its privacy. The outdoor area is truly a unique place to just sit and relax. We will return

This property was so well cared for and appointed. The hostess was surely a treat and was very accommodating. We could walk to everything. The home was really a vacation in and of itself. We had such a nice stay at this home. The host was an incredible help and this house is very well maintained, sheets/bed were extremely comfortable. We will return to Lido but this owner has another house on Lido that we will try out next time just to see which one we'd like to make our yearly vacation spot. We like Lido so much we're planning to have this be our go-to place. The pool area is completely private and a quiet oasis. We honestly preferred to stay at the house and not even go to the beach. We even grilled at the house and ate dinner home more than we thought we would. A truly great house, great host, and great memories made.

A great place!
We've finally found the place that we love to vacation at. This house is perfect for our family. It's a private home with lots of lush greenery, yet the home is very bright and cheerful inside. We loved the privacy also of the second bedroom area where there is also a small kitchen. It was perfect as an in-law suite but could be a great nanny suite as well. We also had another couple stay with us and they didn't really want to hear the noise of our whole crew, so they chose to stay in the studio all by themselves to enable them little doses of the rest of us. We had a great stay. It's as advertised, very clean, walkable to downtown and shops/restaurants, and the beach. Thanks Vicki!!

A wonderful retreat!
My wife and I had a wonderful trip to this home. It's almost like it's own compound, meaning it's completely private and really makes you feel like you are away from it all. We had a wonderful trip. The managers were wonderful to work with and were available when we needed advice on where to eat and what to do around the local area. We fell in love with Lido Beach. The home is well-equipped and well taken care of. Comfortable/clean/cozy. We will return.

A perfect place for a gathering!
This house has it all. The pool area is just beautiful. We sat out by the pool most nights to eat dinner and just be in the privacy of this great little house. There's a nice spacious area which is private and perfect for an in-law area with its own space, then we had the larger part of the house for my husband and I and our two girls. Very private and well-kept home. Responsive managers. We will return.

The service from Lori and Vicki is above and beyond. Lori was great responding to questions prior to our trip; and once we arrived Vicki is fast to respond with any issues that may arise, or simple house questions. Both deserve a A++ rating for making our trip a truly relaxing vacation.
We rented both the 2 bedroom/1 bath house and the 1 bed/1 bath studio cabana next door. It was perfect for the four of us and the description and photos are right on, but even more beautiful. The location is a short walk to the public beach across the street (sunsets are beyond expressing) and a short distance to St. Armand’s Circle for wonderful restaurants and shopping. Lido Beach Park is also a quick drive or bike ride and we highly suggest you go there and check it out for a possible dolphin sighting. We spent mornings walking the beaches and afternoons in the pool at the house. It’s hard to leave the house because it is a gorgeous tropical oasis with lush mature landscaping.

We had such an amazing visit to this home. The house is situated such that you can have as much privacy as you want, yet be in the mix of things. The yard is just perfect for peace and quiet. It is filled with coconut trees and palm trees, lush greenery and bright flowers. We had our own piece of paradise for too short of a visit. The pool was great, the grill was great. We were able to wash our clothes from the day and the extra refrigerator allowed us to keep our whole crew well fed. The beach is about a half block away, St. Armands a 5-minute walk. Lori and Vicki were perfect hosts. We brought my parents who stayed in the private one-bedroom/one-bathroom with kitchenette and it was perfect for them to get away from the activity in our 2 bedroom/1 bath when they had enough of the kids! We will stay longer on our next visit, that's our only complaint. Thank you Vicki and Lori! It was a vacation we will remember for the rest of our lives.

So happy we rented here!
Our family was looking for a place to start a tradition of summer vacations ... and we have found it in this property. We have tried so many other properties, but this one really far surpassed our needs. We booked at the last minute and Lori and Vicki pulled it off to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. Our son and his wife came with us and it was so nice to have both the outdoor shower in addition to the extra bathroom sink in the house which makes it so easy for two of us to get ready at the same time. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted, the home was clean, freshly painted even. We have already made our plans to return next year. Thank you Vicki and Lori!
