You will fall in love with this space BOTH indoors and outdoors. We can't wait for you to experience our Villa! Maximum occupancy is 8 people. No events allowed. Permit # RVC-344. I picked this VRBO because it looked to be nicely appointed ,and it was! Enjoyed the outdoor spot in the mornings. Perfect spot to be, right in the wine testing area. The wedding venue was just across from us on the next hill. Bathroom fans would of been nice and a bottle of welcoming wine from the area would of been a nice touch. Left a bottle for the next group.

Everything about this place is perfect! The owner does a great job communicating and taking care of anything you need. It is clean, nice and so comfortable. 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping and 10 minutes to wine country. We will definitely be back!

Very nice 4 bedroom house with a spacious layout. It was a great place for a bride and bridesmaids to get ready. Close to all the wineries.

This house was bright and modern and the split floor plan was perfect for our family. We were in town to attend our daughters wedding.
It was just like being at home. Pat clearly took care in organizing the kitchen perfectly. We had everything we needed and easy to find. The bathrooms were really nice and all the amenities we needed were provided.
All the information was provided timely and we didn't need to ask for a thing.

Myself and 6 other moms really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a quick getaway filled with wine, convenience and fun! The home had the perfect layout with 4 beautiful bedrooms and a very large living room for nightly gathering and morning coffee conversations. Pat was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and even mailed me my blow dryer after I accidentally left it. Chris at Tenec Wine Tours also rocked and Goat and Vine is highly recommended...amazing food and ambiance. We're all looking forward to vacationing here again. Thanks again, Pat!

This was our 2nd stay in this property and once again it exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, well stocked with everything you need, great bedding and comfortable beds. The outdoor space was a perfect way to spend out afternoons and evenings after wine tasting. We will definitely be back again.

We had such a nice time at this property. It smelled clean when we walked in, the decor was thoughtful and detailed, and the place was well-stocked. It was a quick 10min Uber ride into town and we were in the middle of so many wineries. We loved the hot tub, too. Highly recommend this place.

A truly memorable experience! Pat and Marisol take great care in providing a warm and inviting home with all the amenities one could want or need! The decor, organization, comfortable bedding, hot tub, yard games, fire table, and perfectly manicured property make it the ideal place to come home to after a day in wine country!

The house is beautiful and was very well stocked. It was a perfect fit for our family that was visiting for a wedding at one of the local vineyards. The owner was wonderful. He was so kind and attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend this home and this would be our first choice to stay when we return to Temecula.

Ideal layout for our family reunion
We rented the entire property for our family reunion and the layout was idea. This provided an easy retreat to privacy from the main events at the main house. The kitchen was very stocked and organized, and the beds comfortable. We appreciate the care and the special details you provided to make this a pleasure of a stay. We can't wait to come back!

I don't know where to start ... We stayed in this home for 3 days/ 2 nights. We were 6 family members coming from CA, MI, and TN. for a wedding. First of all, this house was only 5-10 minutes away from the wedding venue, and the wedding party home, so it was perfect! Upon arriving, we were floored at the decor, cleanliness, and the well-stocked amenities. The hot tub was perfect, and the Cornhole game was fun. The patio table had a gas fire in the middle, which was wonderful for the chilly evenings. The living room was huge. We found out beds and pillows to be very comfy, and loved having a laundry room, just in case we needed one. We have never been in such a perfect home, and look forward to returning over and over again ... I have recommended this home to several friends and family members. Thank you for everything! You won't be disappointed.
Pat the owner was great to deal with. You can tell they care about the overall experience of the renter. Property was clean, well stocked and perfectly located in the heart of wine country. We traveled with 3 adults & 3 kids -- plenty of space for all. You won't be disappointed.

Thanksgiving to Remember
We really enjoyed the layout of the home with the semi-open floor plan and the privacy of the sleeping arrangements (each BR at a separate end of the house.) The outdoor living space was enjoyable day or night which was a pleasant surprise. The property owner had relevant instructions placed throughout the home and was readily available for questions. The check in/check out instructions were also very thorough. We LOVED the location and would stay here again if afforded the opportunity to do so.

Great location, great backyard.
We just loved this property. We rented for our niece's wedding at one of the vineyards, 5 minutes away. We so enjoyed spending time outside playing corn hole and sitting by the fire pit.

This property is exactly as described! We loved the property as it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed! Pat the host came over to visit with us too! We love the house and the property! It’s decorated beautifully, yet homey, so we felt very comfortable! The games in the yard were a hit with our family. That’s one of the reasons we chose it! All of the owner’s attention to detail from the decor to the condiments are amazing! We would love to stay there again!
