The location is amazing, no doubt its the best place to relax and conenct with nature
reenergize with the nature's sound, river view porticos and execllent place to just deep breathe.
Staffs need much more training, I kept on calling for little things,
Bedding had stains, no doubt its clean and tidy washed, but left over stains gives feeling of no hygiene.

The location is nice and the meenmutty waterfall nearby was excellent and very closeby. The accomodation is decent and has a dam view which was not full of water when we went in June.we saw peacocks and buffalos around. 1.5 hours drive to wild life sanctuary and edakkal caves. Food was ok.
When we reached the property it was night 11 pm as we had mentioned in the mail about our check in times after the flight lands in kozhikode and then the almost 3 hrs drive. But when we got there, the reception had no one and we had to wait for half an hour for someone to come and check us in.
the place was decently good. But another booking party was making noises and partying all night because of which we experienced NO Serenity throughout the night and couldn't sleep! The last day of our 4 day stay was serene.
We would have thought some control would be maintained to maintain serenity!
Overall the place is good. But we missed out some good times.
