Situated in Southbank, this charming condo for $202 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. Stays over New Year's Eve will have a $1000 bond applied. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading. Common facilities are now open to use. If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise. Perched high up on the 14th floor, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is going to leave you spell-bound from the views. This truly stunning apartment is as roomy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra comfortable black leather couch, matching dining setting and huge TV and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too! The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views. It has a great built-in wardrobe. The bed is your choice of a comfortable king or two singles (subject to timing of booking request). The other bedroom also offers a choice of a comfortable king or two singles (also subject to timing of booking request). Within the building, there is a stunning indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor tennis court and gym that guests may use. Secure undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Tram stop is right at your front door, so you will have direct access to the CBD or the delights of South Melbourne. Crown casino is directly across the road along with MCEC (Convention and Exhibition Centre). The apartment can sleep up to 4. The price quoted is based upon 4 guests. Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Great location - easy walk to CBD, South Wharf DFO, Crown Casino, South Bank, MCG and South Melbourne markets. Property has great views of the city and south west due to being a corner apartment. The apartment isn't huge but perfect for a family of 4 adults in Melbourne to explore. It would have been great to access the ensuite as well to take the pressure off the main bathroom at peak times, and would recommend keeping a window open to air the apartment during the day. Although the apartment was very clean there is a slight musty odour when the place has been kept shut up for the day.

Overall we had a nice stay here, but the property is definitely in need of an update or refresh. Some areas of the property required cleaning, but no supplies were provided in order to do so ourselves. Not quite the standard or condition we expected for the price charged.

We decided last minute to spend New Years Eve In Melbourne. This apartment offered great views. You can see parts of the Yarra river as apartment is on level 14 and on the corner of the building. Great location if going to Convention centre, Crown casino, DFO south wharf. Apartment was exceptional
