Great view of the beach from the balcony!
I felt that my car and my body were safe in the parking garage.
It is always difficult to figure out the right combination of buttons to push on remote controls for accessing TV stations.
We were very disappointed in the size of the bed and the bedroom overlooking the beach.

This vacation rental was fine. Beach Access was great. The pull out bed in the living was broken, the mattress would not stay up and the springs kept falling off. So, not the most comfortable night sleep. There were not enough pots and pans provided to cook for a family. I had to make one thing, put it in a bowl and then wash the pan to make something else. They did not provide grilling utensils, so I had to buy them. Other than that, it was fine. We were their for the beach.

Really enjoyed the stay! The window in the main bedroom is a great idea to be able to see the ocean. I would love to rent this exact condo in the future as we come to see my dad who lives on Havens Dr. so its nice and close by.

It was okay. Was given the wrong pool code number. Same thing happened 2 years ago. Walked in, condo smelled of strong mildew. Looked inside the vents and there’s mold growing in all of them. Tuffed it out. And closed and covered all the vents. Was going to close off the front room by the entrance door and use the pull out couch. Couldn’t do that because it was broken and won’t stay up. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. to mention nobody swept or vacuumed before we came.

North beach realty was very easy to work with, and the condo met expectations. The only problem was the mattresses on the beds. They are not comfortable at all. I know NBR doesn’t own the property but should make the owner aware. We did ask for an egg crate or something to make the beds more comfortable but received nothing.

Very minimal items comes with your stay for the amount paid per night. Floors were just dirty as if they didn’t mop in awhile, toiletries…bring your own, with the amount we paid for a Friday to Monday stay not to mention a cleaning fee - the furniture set could be replaced or at least stem cleaned. Small ironing board with no iron. The building cleanliness was a strong 5 out of 10…someone dropped food in front of a unit 2 doors down and it stayed there from late Friday evening and was still there at checkout Monday morning. Elevators and outside elevator area are just as unkept. Make sure you return your keys if not there is a per key charge and pool pass charge per band (4) for a regular rubber band that can be bought for cents on the dollar wholesale. Glad we returned ours yikes talk about an up-charge and surcharge. The only part that was nice was the view - but shop around because we saw other buildings that appeared very clean on the outside with the same views. With services fees and other charges - there has to be a better choice. Avoid if you can. BEWARE!

The condo was in good order and clean enough, but the bed in the master was depicted incorrectly. We were led to believe the bed was a Queen size which it wasn't and the mattress was terrible! I have a bad back and this just added to the pain. I told them at the rental office when we left and they said they would tell management.

We enjoyed our vacation once we were allowed into the unit. We picked up our keys at 4p from a very crowded office and made our way to the condo only to find that the property had not been cleaned yet. We did not get into the condo until 6p. I feel this is poor as we had paid for the day. The condo is worn but ok. The shower door on one of the bathrooms was installed in reverse so you have to step over the toilet to enter the shower area. The main TV was nice. The internet was excellent.

San a bel
The building was in a good location and perfect for the beach. The master bedroom is not insulated well. You can hear everything from outside even with the window Closed. Also the rental was not swept as there was sand still on the floor.
We also had an issue with the security guard kicking us out of the pool area due to not having pool passes. We notified the rental agency and they have never heard of needing pool passes and we’re going to call the HOA to find out, but I never heard back.

Nice stay, but needs a bit of updating of the mattresses
Checking in was very fast and easy and the rental office is very close to the condo. The condo looked just like the pictures. There were a decent amount of pots and pans to cook with, and it was great having an ocean front view.
The only problem we had were some of the beds. My son is 6'3" and he did not fit in the one "twin" bed in the room. His feet hung off the end a lot, and it wasn't comfortable for him. So we tried to put him on the pull out couch. But the mattress in that couch was way past its prime. It was nothing but springs.
There are two "twin" beds in the one room and one is a standard twin bed and then there is what I consider a "toddler bed" which is much more narrow. My Mom slept in the standard twin bed with no problem. The queen mattress in the master guest room needs updating as well. Other than sleeping, we enjoyed our stay.

Love the view from the balcony.
The place is right on the beach. It is just a few steps from the sand. We loved waking up and going out on the balcony each morning to watch the sunrise. It could have been cleaner for our liking. And, the main bedroom is by far the hottest room in the place. It would help to have a larger vent for that roomj

Disappointed
I would love to give a raving review of this property but I just can't. The condo itself wasn't bad but, there were dirty spoons in the drawer, a dishwasher full of dishes that we weren't sure were clean or dirty (we ran the dishwasher just in case), and there was a filthy mop next to the washer/dryer. The bed (for me) was horribly uncomfortable.
The biggest problem was the leak. The condo above had a leak that had gotten into the walls in the condo we were staying in. The property management office called to inform us of this and said it was a small leak, that they would have fans and a dehumidifier to dry it out and we should only be inconvenienced for 24-36 hours. When we arrived we were told that we would receive 1/2 off our nightly stay for each night we were inconvenienced. We thought that would be fine since it would only be for a night and day. BUT, we ended up having the equipment all week. They had a huge dehumidifier in the bathroom that had to be moved each time someone needed to use it. About mid-week, they brought a smaller one in and put it in behind the bathroom door. That one could not be moved out of the way (I tried) and was a major inconvenience when someone needed to go in. It turned out that the leak was there from the prior week and the walls still weren't dry. At the end of the week, we were told by the property management company that we would not be refunded for each night of inconvenience. When we reminded them of what they had told us initially, they said they would have to speak with the owner. As of today, the issue is still ongoing.

Room was not Cleaned
Could have been a nice place to stay, but when we first arrived we noticed the room had not been cleaned. Dishes were dirty, items were left behind from provious guests, the beds were covered with sands, the couch had potato chips on it, there were spots on the sheets among other things. The balcony and view was perfect, but the location on the beach wasn't great. We walked down to a cleaner area. Not somewhere I would go back to or waste my money on again.

There was only one elevator working for the whole complex which was a big hassle! I hated the fact there was no outdoor pool. The indoor pool was nice, but I should have read the amenities a little better about there not being an outdoor pool. The washer and dryer worked like a charm!! The condo appeared much bigger in the pictures than what it really was. This condo sleeps 6, which is what I booked it for, but there were no sheets for the pullout sofa. So glad I brought my own.

Perfect Quiet Getaway
The property was even cuter than the pictures. We never used the pool because of the ocean. The beach was not overly crowded because the property is not a sky rise. We traveled from this unit to Myrtle Beach and Murrels Inlet a lot! It was a great stay and checking in/out was not difficult at all. We were thankful for the book in our room that told some of the history of the location. It lead us on many adventures! We would definitely stay here again.
