About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming condo for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. BEACHSIDE and Barefoot in the sand and that is what you will have at this 1-bedroom condo that sleeps 4. You are only steps away from the beach where it is a wide-open space for your enjoyment. We have an 81-unit complex where it makes is easy to spread out on the beach. It is a 1st floor unit, so you don't have to wait on any elevator (we don't have any). You can park right outside your door which makes it easy to unload and load. This first-floor, one-bedroom, one-bath pool side condominium is beautifully decorated and painted and is located in a family-oriented quiet, gulf-front complex at the East end and prettiest part of Panama City Beach (Nautical Watch). St. Andrew's State Park, Shell Island, Shopping at Pier Park, great restaurants, a Walmart (for the things you forgot) and the fishing marina are all within a couple of minutes’ drive. The beach is wide with white sugar sand and sparkling clear blue and green water. Just a few steps will take you to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Nautical Watch, is a privately owned, family-oriented vacation and resort development. This unit is located on the first floor only 15 feet from your car. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, room darkening drapes for that vacation sleep-in time. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the hall closet. It has one full bath with shower and tub. The fully furnished kitchen has a stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and so much more. We provide hand, dishwashing soap, and a limited amount of TP to get you through the first couple of days. You will need your own toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner. The living area has a chase queen size sleeper sofa and matching chair. There is also a table/chairs for dining. The sliding glass door leads to the patio with table, chairs and a great view of the pool area. The tropical landscaped pool area includes lounge chairs, tables and chairs with umbrellas. To the right of the pool is a bath house with restrooms, a shower and grill area. Our condo is poolside and only a few short steps to the white sandy beaches. No roads to cross or crowds to deal with. Park right outside the door to make loading and unloading easy. If you have kids, you can let them swim in the private pool while you relax on the ground floor balcony and not worry about their safety. We do reduce rates for LONG TERM RENTALS from November until February, please inquire about a reduced rate and enjoy Florida. We are located on the quiet end of Thomas Drive. Jet ski rentals, banana boat, and parasailing are all on the beach at our complex for your enjoyment. Our home will accommodate 4 persons very comfortable with a King size bed and TV in master, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Don’t stay in congested high rises where you will wait on an elevator for half an hour in the summer! Don’t stay in a kitchen-less tiny hotel room! Don’t stay on the non-beach side of Thomas Drive and have to walk across a busy road to get to the beach. Come on down and enjoy Panama City Beach in the comfort of this condo. Send us a message for any additional details and reservations. We rent to mature adults, 28 years of age or older. Nightly rentals during Peak season and Spring Break 3 night minimum. TV went out on Wednesday evening. Owner came out on Thursday but could not get it working between her and cable company. Cable company did a reset no success. Text owner Friday still not working told her no need to come out as we were leaving early Saturday

This condo was so clean and inviting, we had the best, most relaxing vacation. The pool is so close and a short walk to the most beautiful beach. This complex is so quiet which we loved. The condo has all necessary amenities and was so comfortable to stay in for a week. Thank you Chris and Bob!

Pool view, easy beach access. Only one issue no TP in room luckily I had brought some. Had electrical issues but manager fixed quickly. Still 10/10.

The entrance was a little hidden so make sure you watch for it. The condo was VERY close to the beach. We loved how close we were to St. Andrews. It was quiet and relaxing. Pool was cool to have right outside the patio.
It was a cute condo and pretty clean except for the bathtub needed to be rinsed out and under the bed looked like it hadnt been swept in a while. The dishwasher broke right before our trip (which was miserable because we placed a large walmart order to cook a bunch of stuff instead of eating out) so handwashing everything was horrible. The owners did offer small refund but not worth the time I spent washing dishes in my opinion. Our door didnt work for a second but the owners answered immediately (the problem solved itself) so that was good to know they were readily available.
None of this is enough to make us not want to stay again. We did love it and enjoy our time and would come back again. Its perfect for a great getaway.

Condo is in a perfect spot for the beach and the pool, it’s so good of a spot the smallest thing couldn’t really turn you away! When I had a issue the owners were quick with a response! However we was only left with 1 roll of toilet paper, a quarter of liquid hand soap, and 2 shower rags even tho there was 4 of us to shower every night. The cleaning lady was very kind and offered to bring us more but I was willing to just go buy extras! The sleeper sofa in the living room was kinda shaggy but the kids seemed to be okay! Panama is a beautiful beach and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks for letting us stay

This was our 2nd stay at the condo. Just like last time, it was perfect for us. The pool is right out the back door. There are grills located close to the pool. My husband grilled while me and my 3 year old swam. We met some nice people there as well. The short walk to the beach was nice when it was sunny out. The condo is really close to the marina. We rode the sea screamer which I highly recommend for anyone with kids. Over all it was a great stay and we will plan to come back next year.

Upon walking in, Glade plug- in smell was overwhelming to me and my husband (I admit, I do have a very sensitive nose and cannot stand strong ,fake, chemical smells.) No worries, we unplugged them & put them outside on the back porch & fortunately, by the next day, it was mostly gone (2 small plug-ins & 1 colossal one...this is a small place with no smoking or dogs, so shouldn't be any weird funky smells anyway, so I'd say this was definitely over-kill). And then that night (no fault of the owners), above us at 11:15 pm there was a sound that sounded like methodical hammering...SUPER LOUD! Who does that anyway at that time of night? It kinda freaked me out and unfortunately, sleep eluded me for a LONG time! UGH! Especially after an 8 hour trip in the car, I just wanted quiet time which is supposed to happen by 10:00 pm. Oh well, fortunately the other two nights were quiet. The condo itself was just what we were looking for...view of the pool out the back sliding glass door & out the front, a quick walk to the beach WITHOUT having to walk across the street. Our kids & grandkids were staying in an "elevator" condo next door, and I did not like the feel of that at all. It was super nice & convenient to walk out your front door with your car right there. So overall, our experience was good!!! & would highly recommend! :)
