We had an awesome time. The condo was just as described, if not better. Everything was great! The location couldn't have been any better. You are literally within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. While we were there, we met a great family from Georgia who was staying next door. I would highly recommend staying here. We are planning on coming back. Thanks for helping have a wonderful vacation!

Great view and location.

Overall, you cannot beat the location and view of this condo. It’s RIGHT on the beach, awesome view and deck, and RIGHT near historic bridge street. You can walk anywhere, and with a trolley stop right outside, get anywhere on the island. The huge slider doors and view is the beach and ocean is wonderful! Spacious bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms were wonderful! A few friendly suggestions though that we encountered during our stay (and as an FYI for other renters): -It could use a thorough deep cleaning. It wasn’t terrible, but it was noticeable that it hadn’t been deep cleaned in some time. There was food stuck on the placemats, thick coating of dust on bathroom fan, etc. The sheets were clean and floors cleaned, and kitchen counters wiped down. Again, not terrible, just noticeable and a suggestion for the future. -As an FYI for others, there is no laundry detergent, dish soap or any bathroom toliteries/amenities. There was 1 bar of soap in each bathroom and nothing else provided(there are towels). We brought our own bathroom toiletries, so it was not an issue, however something to be aware of if you plan on doing dishes or laundry, you need to purchase dish soap and laundry detergent as a heads up. -A grill was advertised as part of the amenities. Coming from colder weather, we were excited to grill out for our Christmas dinner. After searching and not locating one, we messaged the host and said it had been discarded. I would recommend updating the listing so it’s not an amenity listed anymore in that case. Definitely not a deal breaker, but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. -There were no checkout instructions as far as needing to take off the sheets, where to put dirty towels etc. From my experience with other rentals, usually I’ve seen more instructions. Again, not a deal breaker, but we were just unsure what the expectations were for this rental when checking out. All that said, overall, it was absolutely wonderful location and we would rent again. The above are merely suggestions and FYI for other renters. It really is a beautiful location and view you cannot beat!!

We had a amazing time. The place was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there. It was perfect. The only thing I wish I knew was no beach chairs etc. If there was it would made it so much easier. But I would for sure love to stay there again but be better prepared with a pick up of beach gear prior.

This is the perfect place to stay in Bradenton beach. The beach is at your door, easy walking distance to many restaurants and parking was great!

The condo is right on the beach. The view is absolutely beautiful. The check-in process and stay was A+. We did experience red tied during the whole stay. We only managed to suffer through 2 beach days due to this. I do wish we was informed in advance of this. We basically spent the whole stay inside the vrbo, or driving around just to site see. The area around the house is very nice although after staying I don't really recommend it for kids. We have a 9 and 13 year old and since we couldn't beach it they was extremely board. The area doesn't have much for kids that we could find. Aside from that the owner was extremely good to work with and responded instantly to all of our needs. I would definitely stay again if it was just a getaway for my wife and I.

The beach condo was very clean and sanitized upon our arrival. The weather was perfect even though we experienced tropical storm / hurricane Elsa. The owner (Sandra) stayed in contact with during the storm to make sure everything was alright. I give the spot a 5 star and will definitely will be back.

Great location! Its just across the dune from the soft sand beach with beautiful sunsets from the deck and a few steps from shopping and restaurants. It is convenient to town, so there are more people on the beach and a little more noise than a remote location. The beds and living room furniture were comfy, nice size TV and good wifi. We didn't cook much, but it was nicely set up. The master shower was great! Had a wonderful time!

Sandra is very nice and everything was easy. The shelling is incredible from this property for about 1.5 miles down the beach to the end of the island. House is clean and we enjoyed watching sunsets from the ground level deck. Fantastic! Thank you

Anna Maria is such a lovely destination. Very happy with the accommodations! Great to have full kitchen. Washer dryer. outdoor seating walking distance to stores, restaurants etc is so great ! Cannot beat the view !

Excellent beachfront rental unit. We enjoyed being at this unit for eight days. It is right on the beach with updated accommodations and comfortable. Within blocks of the unit are many restaurants shops and interesting places to visit.The owner Sandra is easy to contact with any issues though none came up during our stay. Visit was very nice. A few kitchen drawers need to be fixed and it would of been nice to have beach chairs instead of buying chairs. Additional plastic kitchen trash bags needed . Simple items

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. A true beachfront with just steps to the beach made for easy quick trips back in to get a snack, go to the bathroom, or check on the grill! It’s also steps away from Bridge street, which can be loud and busy, but bring your sound machine and you will be all set! Inside was clean and ready for our arrival. Bedding could use an update in the master bedroom, and a few more towels would be nice. Overall we loved the luxury of having the beach so close it made our stay lovely!

This condo is literally on the beach. We loved it and the location on the island is wonderful. We especially enjoyed grilling steaks on the beach right outside the back door. We would rent it again.
