We loved the peace and quiet and being surrounded by beautiful countryside. The cottage is very comfortable, the beds are exceptionally soft and the kitchen is well equipped. Lovely sitting out space to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening! It's a great place for walkers and not that far from Canterbury, Ashford and nearby villages by car. Janet and Richard are super hosts. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday.

The property was a very good size and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The cottage was warm with good central heating , if required. It is possible to go for walks on the North Downs straight from the property. There is a useful outdoor area and plenty of parking for cars. All of the property is on one level, if access is important. The host was very friendly.
Unfortunately, the property is only accessible from any of the nearby villages by single track roads. This is not a criticism of the property, but I thought it would be worth pointing out to anyone who in not comfortable driving on these narrow roads, which are typical of this rural area of Kent.

Comfortable and peaceful. Hosts were helpful. Very rural. Cottage clean and warm, with comfortable beds. Pay attention to the hosts' instructions for the electronic gate! We enjoyed the books and games - very thoughtful.
Nothing, it was all as it should be.
