First I need to say that they let me stay with their neighbors (also a guesthouse) where they had problem with water in their house.So this rating is for the neighbors.
It was really a lovely house with a nice view to the mountains, clean room with private bathroom with a good price, and the lady was nice and she prepared delicious georgian breakfast.
They can add more lights

This is a perfect place in the center of Mestia, all facilities are new and in good conditions. The breakfast is delicious and includes various dishes including specific Georgian/Svanetian ones. The hosts hospitality is incredible, they helped us with everything.
Maybe the only minor probleem that there is not a/c. But it’s mountains and you don’t really need it.

Exceptional hosts! We spent great and long time talking with them about local traditions in Svanetia. They treated us with great hospitality, offered tips what is a must do and see in Mestia to get the most of it. And the breakfasts prepared by Ms Lela are amazing - the best we had in Georgia! All home-made and delicious (yoghurts, khachapuri, salads - you name it). We will be coming back.! Madloba once again!
