Customer service. They arranged a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Jooks app was great and easy to follow.
Air conditioning wasn’t cool enough, they offered another room but unfortunately it still wasn’t cool enough. Bathroom hardware needed replacement.

The staff helped with everything. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. We were right in the middle of town

Very good location and breakfast. Friendly and supportive staff. The hotel and the rooms are good but without anything special
During our trip the air condition was not working. Seemed to be a problem in all rooms as multiple people we spoke with had the same issue. How ever, the hotel compensated us and withdraw 20% of the cost which was a fair thing to do.
