The location is really good, very central, and in the same street as two of the most highly rated restaurants in Pristina. The hotel itself is really well designed, with natural wood throughout. The breakfast room is pretty and the breakfast was probably the best of our whole month-long holiday with a huge and varied choice (we chose porridge with nuts, seeds, bananas and berries).
The photo of the room made it look like it was a four poster bed, but it was not (but this wasn't a problem). The staff seem to disappear at times, and as someone else mentioned, they keep your passport, so if you're forgetful, it can take a while before you suddenly realise that you don't have it.

The hotel is located right in the old Town.Big plus-parking.The room is quite spacious and has everything you need. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Thank you very much to Elda she helped us a lot!
No minibar, not easy get there ,but the big issue - it is extremely dark at the reception!!! It is impossible to fill out a registration forms because you simply can't see anything. THEY should really consider to make this unique design more functional for guests and staff.

There was a wide range of breakfast options, and the restaurant was available almost all day. Clean, spacious room.
Safetybox needs instructions for use. The carpets in the public areas could be replaced.

Nicely designed and furnished place, well located in the centre but still very quiet. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great beds, good showers.
Infested by bed bugs. We were all bitten in different rooms.
