Hotel staff team is amicable and helpful. Could see they are dedicated to provide guests warmest services
At such room charges, I don't expect variety of breakfast choice but sufficient to enjoy a continental breakfast.
It takes more than 15 minutes to access to those tourist sites. But can't see those hotels close to tourist sites with better value than Hotel Begolli
That is a high valued added stay at Pristina
As a boutique hotel, I think the hotel has done their best...

I liked the personal touch from the staff, where Mr. Enis called me before travelling and asked how will travel from the airport in Prishtina to the hotel, and he offered to pick me up. He gave me nice advice and information that made me feel home and enjoyed my saty. The hotel is sparkling clean and also the location is outstanding as it is in the middle of everything.

They served good coffee during breakfast. Staff were helpful and had a great shower.
The breakfast was awful and the selection was very minimum and mediocre. The hotel manager brings you the breakfast and you only get to choose how you'd like your eggs. Then a single slice of tomato, 2slices of cucumber that looked half dead, a tiny slice of feta/salad cheese and two different single slices of salami and 3 olives. Then a basket of bread with butter, jam and honey. Not the breakfast you expect at a "4* hotel".
The beds are very hard which also gave me very bad backache. Interior is outdated by almost 2decades This is NOT eligible to be a 4star hotel, it's more like a 2 star hotel. I was shocked that a hotel of this state got a 4star on its door and approved by Bookings.com.
