Easy self check in and good communication with owner via Whatsup. It’s a traditional second floor walk up apartment, with large windows, and two bedrooms. It had good internet, kitchen basics, quality TV and fans (no AC.) The apartment was near grocery stores, shops, restaurants and public transportation. Located in diverse neighborhood, Nepal, Indian and African restaurants nearby.
My travel companion wanted AC.

Große Wohnung, Altbau mit hohen Decken. Küche, in der man kleine Sachen kochen kann. Recht zentral. Betten und Einreichung alles in Ordnung. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Nachts nicht gerade ruhig.

Location - near Martin Moritz but please take into account you have climb a signficat amount o stairs to the location
It was very cold . The heating source ( two air heaters) was not enough for the entire appartement and after a whole day around the city it was not so plesant to come back to a location where you froze while wearing long paints socks and and a sweater insiden
No curtains for privacy in the apartment - you has to close internal wooden blinds but this required to turn on the ligths ...so very little natural sunlight.
The bed in the main bedroon was squiqing a lot ...
