Nice clean hotel close to Kanda Station with wonderful English speaking staff! I will definitely stay here again!
The breakfast system was confusing. If you booked your room with breakfast, you had to ask for the breakfast, and an employee would check a list. It would be much easier to have a buffet style breakfast for all guests!

Great hotel, really friendly staff members, great location, close to Kanda and walkable to Akihabara. Great amenities too.

Good location. Close to the train station.
I know tokyo hotel rooms can be small, especially as I’ve stayed at a few other hotel chains, however this room was the smallest ive ever stayed at.
Would not recommend if you have anything larger than a carry-on sized luggage

In a quiet neighborhood. Situated in the middle of several different stations, with the nearest being a 5-7 minute walk. Room accommodated a king sized bed. Convenient railing running all over the room to help with hanging items.
Entire tub was lined with black mold due to lack of seal between the tub and the wall. The shower head was also moldy. That does not happen overnight, meaning cleaning is not happening frequently or thoroughly. Thankfully only stayed 1 night and didn't realize early enough to switch rooms, but I would not stay here again.
