The staff were really friendly. Almost all of them were smiling and very 'genki'. As a Filipino, I was happy to be greeted by a Filipino staff.
Cleaning happens every 3 days I think. I am someone who likes to have a a clean room and clean sheets everyday. Also, I mentioned the staff were great, there was only one staff who was a little 'less genki' than the rest. He was a downder compared to the others.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel SUI Kanda, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality shown by the staff: Rea, Tara and Yuto. From my arrival, they greeted me in English, which is a massive comfort when navigating a new country. They went above and beyond to be helpful. They provided clear, practical transit tips that made navigating Tokyo’s train system and vicinity a breeze. On top of that, their personalized cultural experience recommendations helped me discover amazing local spots and authentic dining options around Kanda and in Sendai that I never would have found on my own. Their warm demeanor and professional care truly made my stay comfortable.
If there is sort of discount rate for returning guests, that would have been very rewarding.

We were happy overall with our stay. The location near Kanda station is excellent and convenient for exploring many parts of Tokyo. The rooms are fine and the staff is nice and accommodating. A bonus is the free tea and coffee and the happy hour.
One suggestion to improve breakfast: you can pay for breakfast and get a fixed Japanese set plus a few small western options as a buffet. Our kids just wanted something small like cereal with milk but the property would not allow this without buying the full breakfast, and there are no discounts for kids. The property should consider having an option to pay a smaller amount and just get the non Japanese portion of the breakfast, which would be great for children.

Stayed twice — staff both times were very polite and helpful. Free evening yakitori in a small cafe area was a nice touch. Clever use of tight space: stool, fridge, and safe tucked under the bed, a flip-up wall table with outlet, plus hidden storage and another outlet on the bed head frame. Clean bathroom (smaller, all-in-one toilet/sink/tub). Quiet at night. Close to Tokyo Station.
Rooms are very narrow — not for anyone with space phobias, and a tall person may find it cramped. Mattress is thin; you can feel the hard surface underneath.
