Location was fabulous. It was clean and nice. The laundry machine and drying racks were nice to have.
Lots of stairs but not necessarily a bad thing. Just good to know for others who may have mobility issues. Would have liked blinds on all the windows. A heads up that you walk through a cafe to get to the apartment upstairs would have made that experience a bit less confusing but it was a nice adventure. There was nothing about the place that put us off. Would stay again.

The rooms were comfortable and beautifully furnished. Each of 3 couples had a large bedroom and a shared kitchen and lounge room. We had great views of Bath and good directions on what to see and where to eat from Phillip the owner.
Would have loved to stay longer.

It needs a good clean, the carpets were filthy
It needs some TLC. It’s looking very tired and in need of some maintenance and decoration. Some furniture looks old and in need of replacement. Not the quality of accommodation I was expecting for the price.
