Spacious home with pest issue.

It was very spacious.

There were roaches. We spent at least anhour making sure we weren't taking any with us.

Exceptional

It was in a quite neighborhood. We had children so we were happy that we didn't have to worry about crazy music and partying. It was close enough to the beach that the drive was no problem. It felt like home.

Beautiful place, but a horrible stay

The interior design of the house was great. The owner provided towels and went the extra mile to provide convenient household supplies.

The main and biggest problem with my stay was a roach infestation and multiple dirty/damaged items. When I messaged the owner and let them know the issues, the response was that they had multiple bookings per week and they don't get any complaints when in fact if you read the reviews all my issues are repeated multiple times. Instead of admitting there was a problem and offering a solution even as simple as sending an exterminator over, it would've saficed.

It was a great vacation home.

The vacation house had the comforts of home while visiting FL. Everything was thought of to empower us to enjoy our stay.

One of the bathtub facets leaked. The Main bathroom didn’t have a towel rack to hang towels in the bathroom.

Superb

House was great. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Having a large capacity washer on was great. Also having coffee filters and a full size coffee maker was perfect.

We didn’t prepare meals at the house but we did make coffee. We needed more coffee cups.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

The location of this property was in a Good spot. Close to the downtown area and beach.

I was not happy at all due to the fact that there was a roach infestation on this property! My friend and I spent every day killing roaches all over the house. This property needs repairs to the plumbing. The yard was not what I expected. When we opened the dishwasher there was something in it that smelled so bad I almost vomited. Not very clean at all. There were spectacles of roaches smashed in the door of the fridge! We couldn't even make a pot of coffee without rinsing baby roaches out of the coffee maker first. It literally took us 3 hours to pack up and leave because we had to spray down all of our belongings to make sure we didn't bring any roaches home with us. This was the first time I've ever rented a home and I believe it will be the last time ever. Such a disappointment! Especially for the price! I was told by several people when I got there that I over paid for the property and should complain because of how inconvenienced I was by the roaches and repairs that need to be made to the house! I did speak to the property owner and he apologized but that doesn't make up for the disappointment and stress of staying there. The joke to is there's a letter saying if your not happy you can leave but after your money is already taken prior to your stay where do you get the money for the next place not to mention most places were booked out because of the time of year. In my opinion your money shouldn't be taken until your there and satisfied with the situation. Even a hotel doesn't take a full payment upfront before your actual stay. Just a big disappointment is all I can say.

Not sure if I’ll book again, but you do get what you pay for.

The location was fine. House was most definitely full of roaches. If you book just bring some raid, other than that it was great place to stay 38 minutes from the beach.

My New Home away from Home

Everything. It was really cozy. I loved the kitchen and amenities and the convenience of the laundry room. Everything I expected and more. Plan to come back later this sumner

The house needs to be exterminated due to the Little roaches and critters coming out to sample our food. Lol
