About this house rental
Located in Wrightsville Beach, this charming house for $841 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Beautiful, spacious home with a private first-floor suite and hot tub! Just steps from the beautiful water of Wrightsville Beach, enjoy sublime views of sunsets over the bay. Upstairs sports an open layout, with plenty of gathering spaces- beautifully updated kitchen, dining, and living areas with a fireplace and deck access. Also on that floor are 3 beach-themed bedrooms and two baths. The ground floor offers a separate entrance from the main living area and has a second living room with a small kitchenette, a bedroom, and a second sleeping area. This separate living and sleeping area is not connected by interior stairs to the upstairs unit. Key Features: Hot tub, ocean view, covered patios, outdoor grill, covered parking, bicycles Parking instructions: Availability for 4-5 cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! property needed multiple repairs while we were there

microwave started burning. ( water was running in it from outside )
gutters falling off in front of house which banged all night long.
When we arrived smoke alarm and co 2 were going off in downstairs so we replaced batteries which we bought.
A/c filters were black. we went and got new and replaced.
screws coming out of stool we fixed those.
oven was so dirty when opened set off the smoke alarm
Two out of the three bathrooms had not been cleaned and were very gross. We had to clean those before using.
The downstairs where multiple beds are and people had to sleep was mildew and musty. The remote to TV downstairs did not worked as batteries were corroded. We fixed that…
With all the maintenance calls never once did management reach out.
Seascape never reached out but texted over and over on
what we were to be doing trash and when we checked out
ect. Extremely annoying. Would never rent here again.
We have stayed in other homes for last 5 years on this street and it was fantastic. Unfortunately we waited too long to book those homes and this one was available which should have been a warning sign.
We will not make that mistake again.

The home was beautiful, the layout was great for our family and friends. The downstairs apartment was such a great asset to have for those that wanted to stay up a little later! LOL. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The home was clean and in the perfect location! Would definitly book here again.

Overall great stay at this property. Beautiful home with few flaws. Upstairs was the just as anticipated, however the downstairs living area was uncomfortable for sleeping. I would definitely recommend this property though.

We were the 1st people to stay at the property since it had been sold to a new owner. There some things missing in the house; wine glasses, ironing board, vaccum, broom, and some cooking utensils. The management company was quick to rectify these problems. The downstairs unit needs significant updating and the bathroom tub was moldy. Some mattress were stained. There was 2 beds without mattress covers. That said the location is great. They have plenty of bicycles, beach towels and beach chairs.

I was disappointed with the house. The location was great but the layout of the house and general condition was not what I anticipated. I was not aware that the downstairs was only connected by the outdoor stairs. The musty smell in the bottom floor was a concern for family members who have asthma and a sinus condition. The layout of the house does not lend itself to family togetherness that is anticipated when sharing a house.Shower liners need replacing . There are stains on ceilings and the decks need repair as well. The bikes, towels, linens and beach chairs provided were in good condition.

Excellent. Clean home, lots of beds, good linens and towels. The available bikes were great, too, we loved them! Only issue (and it's minor): No good knives. Kitchen was pretty well appointed, but there were no knives bigger than a steak knife, so preparing food was a bit tough.

The only 'ding' (and why there are only 2 stars for the 'property mgmt question' is that at 10pm on the first night a person who said he was the owner noticed one of the garage doors open and came and knocked on the door waking our infant granddaughter. He was worried about someone stealing the bikes. My daughter-in-law asked "is this an unsafe neighborhood?" He said no. This visit seemed a bit intrusive...

Family Tides is well decorated, with what appears to be new furniture and new kitchen products. The house is in a great location and beach access is closer than we anticipated. There is something about the property that is not very clear from the listing, and wasn't an issue for us but for a group with small children it may be, and that is that there are not indoor stairs connecting the two floors in the house, which means one has to go outdoors to get to the bedrooms on the lower level. The house also needs a serrated knife, steak knives, some platters, oven mitts and some trivets to be added to the kitchen supplies. However the bath and beach towels are thick and wonderful! The beach chairs are great, each with it's own cooler pocket as well as a cup holder and other pockets, plus "backpack' straps to make carrying easier if you choose to load the cart up with other beach supplies. The bikes provided a perfect way for our teenagers to get to the pier to go fishing however it would be nice to have more than one bicycle lock. The cooler on wheels is great for the beach also!

The house is beautiful, the mattresses and ceiling fans must be upgraded. The master bedroom has a mattress from the stone age. The owners would not even sleep on that bed, these rentals are not cheap so they should be able to upgrade all mattresses. They have full size bed in one if the spare room, no couples wants to sleep in a full size bed???? Also, the bottom apartment was not clean, one of the twin bed had sand in it, the full size bed pillow cases were not clean and the bathtubs we're nasty.

It was a family get-together. That was good. The house was clean. That was good. Our contact at Sea Scape was good. Other than those, not so good. The maintenance was poor (lights burned out, plumbing leaks and groans, freezer was inoperable, kitchen was both poorly equipped and under equipped. I would not recommend this property until all of this is taken care of.

Mostly excellent - great location, nice accommodations. I know there are plans to renovate which I think will be great for future guests. Would have liked to be able to go from downstairs to upstairs inside. Sharp knives would be nice to have. But overall, the home was large enough for us all with space for people to also have alone time.
