Location was good, nicely designed, modern
Room is partially below ground, had a bit of a basement feel , the bed was probably too big for the room - there would not have been enough space for two people to walk around comfortably and also access things in their luggage

Location within walking distance from bus terminal. Clean room...
Air conditioner is hidden in a restricted hallway... it took a long time to cool the main room.
10 am check-out time is awkwardly early...

Host and housekeeper were both amazing. And it's a decent room with good amenities.
.A bit more to do to make it more practical and homely but the main problem for me was it was a basement room. Very small window at the top of the wall with no view at all and very little natural light. So it made staying in the room a bit misérable. It was not pleasant being in the room.really ..
