Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Orlando - Southeast by IHG

The staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality and comfort during my stay. The gym area, however, has room for improvement. Adding amenities such as a sauna would be a great enhancement and provide guests with additional opportunities to relax and unwind after exercising.

The breakfast meat provided was pork sausage. Turkey sausage should have been available as an alternative, since not everyone eats pork or beef. Offering a variety of meat options would have accommodated different dietary preferences and given attendees more choices. In my room which was 313 the ceiling had a crack on top from one end to the other. There was no coffee pot/k cup machine to use and on the last day I washed my clothes, but the dryer had ink all inside so i traveled back to New York with wet clothes

location

everything was good

Close to restaurants and major stores.

There was nothing to have not liked

I liked that breakfast was offered & that there was a little sitting area outside.

The breakfast was bare bones--nothing exceptional. The hotel had no Wi-Fi the first night, which is disorienting bc all you want to do is check out the surroundings.
