The location was great. The amenities were great. The food was decent. They had a fabulous dining program for the entire day that was extremely valuable for the price.
The staff did not have good communication. They could not tell us when the bar closed or when the restaurant was open. They did not offer much information regarding the parking, or where the elevators were. The communication was poor.

Convenient to campus. Staff is amazingly nice.
The rug in my room was damp and kind of musty. Hair dryer upgrade please. The hair dryers are not good for month thick hair.

Like the convenience to the school and other places
Was never told there is an active rail road nearby with train going in and out in the night. There was too much noise whenever a train passed by. Can this please be added to the description. It was inconvenient at nights and woke us up multiple times.

our room smelled, then we were moved to another romm, there was a train going by and blowing whistle all night. could not sleep
