Posizione perfetta per la spiaggia, per una passeggiata serale e per girare con l'auto per Sithonia. Monolocale piccolino, per due era perfetto, se fossimo stati in tre usando il letto singolo che invece tenevamo come base d'appoggio per maglie e oggetti vari, lo spazio sarebbe stato troppo ridotto. Il monolocale era al piano terra e rimaneva piuttosto in ombra, per cui non abbiamo neanche mai avuto l'esigenza di accendere l'aria condizionata.
La parte di terrazzo/giardino esterno, almeno dal nostro lato, poteva essere un po' più curata, sembrava un po' trascurata, con un vecchio barbecue in disuso, magari si potrebbe abbellire con qualche pianta. Ma sono dettagli.

La pulizia dell'appartamento era impeccabile, una comoda canna dell'acqua all'esterno per sciacquare maschere e oggetti da mare. Il terrazzino ombreggiato per fare colazione ecc. La posizione vicino alla spiaggia e ai vari minimarket e servizi.
La scarsa attrezzatura in cucina era adatta a una coppia ma non a una famiglia di quattro persone dove realmente utilizzano la cucina. Esempio: solo 2 bicchieri, 2 tazze. Non c'erano coltelli un po' grossi per affettare le verdure. Mancava un piano d'appoggio mentre si cucina.

Hot water pressure in the bathroom was very weak.
