An absolutely wonderful family runs this place and I won't stay anywhere else in Alva. Don't even look for a better or cleaner place, especially for the money... You won't find better!

Friendly and helpful staff. Low cost. Easy parking.
Freezing cold, and AC unreachable up by ceiling where it could not be adjusted. It's a small, low cost room so I should not expect luxury. I felt I got what I paid for. There should be grab bars in the bathroom for old folks like us.
