Attentive staffs, friendly owner, good location, overall great value for money. Although the family dog seems unfriendly, it’s fine if you just walk pass it casually. I did find the toilet is a bit smelly, what I did was to do the long flush regardless of no1 or 2 and flushed twice every time I used it, the smell was gone.
The view from deluxe room (the first photo on preview) is now blocked by a new hotel built next to it.

Probably the best in this price range. I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and booked One Luxury (Room no 9) and One Normal room (no 1) and got these within 12000 INR.
The House owner (Madam & Sir) both are so humble, kind and always there to help you in every possible way. They treat you as your family member rather than as a guest.
Well organised and well maintained, clean and perfect place for your staycation.
They also provide Scooter rental services. (70k and 150k IDR).
I liked everything.
Just for notice; The entrance is so narrow and between two lighted shops , it is a little hard to find this homestay.
