Room is large, with additional heating
I was assigned to a room with disabled-access facilities. While I don’t mind staying in such a room, the bathroom design was very inconvenient. The shower area had no separation at all, not even a shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere when I showered. I asked to change rooms, but the front desk told me there were no other rooms available.
I would suggest that the hotel inform guests in advance and confirm whether they are comfortable with this type of room before assigning it. This would help avoid unnecessary inconvenience for future guests.
