Friendly staff, good breakfast, modern and clean, great location outside of the city centre with good transport links.
The air con was not working and I was not informed until arrival. We had to make do with a fan in 30 degree heat.
The pillows flattened and sagged.

Staff is really nice. Common area is ok.
Rooms, bathrooms, carpets, beds, lifts, toilets are very dated, wifi is terrible, impossible to work with. No comfortable desk in the room. This hotel needs an update. Can't be called IBIS STYLE....
