Nice and clean hotel in Santander. Although there is not a lot to do in Santander, the hotel is well located with a nice view on the straight between Cebu and Negros. Excellent coffee bar across the street that is part of the hotel.
Although there is excellent coffee in the coffee bar across the street that is run by the hotel, the coffee in the hotel itself is instant coffee.

Great location. Easy walking distance from rhe passenger ferry to/from Dumaguete. Friendly, efficient staff. Good breakfast. Beach across the road. Soft towels. First hotel out of three wirh hot water. Overall, a great stay.
AC blew directly on bed. No towel rack in bathroom.

Close to the fast ferry port. Room basic but served the purpose of an overnight stay. Staff friendly.
Room ok and very basic. Maybe they could provide tea as an option for non coffee drinkers. No TV like in the pictures. Limited menu in restaurant and it looked like the fridge for alcohol had not been replenished. Not hotels fault but noisy guests next door. Public bathroom was not very clean.

We enjoyed singing karaoke, however this could be annoying for other guests. The beach was lovely and amazing sunsets.
The staff were pushy after we sang once, kept chasing us to sing each night, it became overbearing and gave us a taste of the bad side of fame. The pool closes at 8. The breakfast was not nice.
