About this house rental
3 bedrooms, full bath, open kitchen/dining area and a nice size living room with a patio door to the waterside deck. Lake Alice/WI River offers all water sports including great fishing. Snowmobile and ATV trails run right by the property and you are in close proximity to 1, 000's of acres of Paper Company lands. Take a boat ride up the river, pontoon cruise the lake or hook up a trophy walleye. Lots of places to stop on the lake for dining and cocktails. 2 kayaks on property with life preservers to use. Pontoon, kayak and canoe rentals down the road. Public boat launch 1/4 mile down the road. There is a fire pit in the backyard.

Great spot along the water. Loved being able to use the kayaks and grill, plus bonus points for having plenty of sleeping space! Would definitely stay again

The property is very nice, and is ideally situated to provide a quiet get away, but close enough to town if you need anything. The host was very good about communication, and their instructions were clear and covered everything. The property had anything a guest could want and more. Highly recommend!!

Nice fire pit and dock to fish from. Lots of pan fish. Lots of room for my family. Everything was nice and clean and with an extra refrigerator in the back entry. Plenty of parking.
Plan on going there next year again.
