About this condo rental
Located in Avila Beach, this lovely condo for $498 per night is a great option for your next vacation. NEW & UPDATED LOOK for Bikini Bungalow. Fresh paint, window treatments, furniture, and bedding. The master bedroom will have a KING bed. The second bedroom has a queen. A QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs loft will have a QUEEN bed, and 2 twin beds. (Note, the picture shows a queen in the master suite. The King bed is expected to arrive mid-October). BIKINI BUNGALOW is a family favorite condo! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located on a private and quite end of the courtyard. In summary the sleeping arrangements are: Master (King); Bdrm 2 (Queen); Living Room (queen) sleeper sofa; loft has a queen and 2 twins. Total beds 6. There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area and second bedroom is handicap accessible. There are three steps leading to the master suite. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility. Need several condos for your group? Immediately upon arriving, we were super excited to see how close the condo was to the beach. Just a very short walk and you're next to shops and the beach. The condo gracefully accommodated our party of 9, having all that we needed for a pleasant stay.

The Bikini Bungalow was fabulous. Clean, well decorated, well suited for a large family, multiple sleeping locations, and stocked w/ everything you need from bedding to kitchen ware, even a ROKU. The staff @ Seven Sisters were very accommodating as well, making the check in & check out process so simple. We value clean & neat & the property was all of that and more and just steps from Avila Beach. A perfect location that we will be sure to return to. Thank you for helping us make great memories.

Excellent home steps from the beach! Our family of 7 enjoyed the home that had ample dining and living room space for game night and chatter. Upstairs loft is great for the teens/younger family as the steps are a tad tricky. Description of home was accurate and staff responds immediately to reservation questions/needs. Some kitchen items need to be replaced, overall everything you need to cook/BBQ is stocked. Bring your own spices/oil etc

Overall, I was happy about the rental. The location from beach was ideal. It took about 1 minute to walk to the beach. The house had plenty of space for a large family and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, plates and forks, trash bags, even zip loc bags! The laundry in home along with laundry detergent was convenient to wash sandy items before heading home. The rooms and bed situation was comfortable and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and even hand soap and shower toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

1. One the first day, the internet didn’t work which meant no TV because the TV relies on internet to work. Not a game changer for me, but did travel with guest who like to watch TV to unwind.
2. Although the house seemed clean, we did see a

3. In the middle of the night, around 2am, a loud alarm went off in the master bedroom. It took a while to pin point where the alarm was coming from. We had to call the emergency number for rental, but no one answered answer at the time. I was able to figure out where the alarm was coming from and fix before anyone called me back from emergency line.
Despite the issues, I would come back and try to rent from Seven Sisters again.

This is the second time I've stayed in this particular development which in my opinion is an incredible location especially for families. The Bikini Bungalow is very well appointed and very clean with 5 beds and a spacious living area. Seven Sisters does a great job of making sure you have everything needed before and during your stay. Our family of 5 (all adults) loved our stay at the Bikini Bungalow. We all fit comfortably. The place is ideally located just a half block to the beach. Our only complaint is that because it is located on the corner it can be pretty loud starting at 6:30 in the morning with trash trucks, delivery trucks, school buses, etc. Even with closed windows, it woke us up every morning so just something to be aware of. A small price to pay for the overall convenience of the location. Overall a great place.

The location is perfect- just 1 block from the beach and "downtown" Avila. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and the check-in/check-out process was extremely simple.

Great location for a long weekend at the beach for family and friends. The property was delightful and well stocked with all we needed. We fit in five adults and two grown children but had one of the families bunking together in the loft which would be better for a few kids whose parents could sleep downstairs. Overall a great experience.
