The staff we dealt were exceptional, our room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. We will definitely be booking again!

Location and breakfast are the 2 reasons I keep returning to this hotel.
Rooms are clean even though not spacious. Electrical heating is not always easy to turn on.
Shower and bathroom outdated with very little amenities
This time I was in the attic room. Nice one.
Perfect location, walking distance to most facilities on Bethune.
Breakfast is great and there are clod and warm options too now. which makes it even better.
the lack of amenities and the outdated bathroom (shower, sink all is old and would deserve a good revamp)

Comfortable room, perfectly located very close to the main square. Reception staff were really friendly

The location in a quiet area but steps from the shops and bars

Dated hotel but clean
Our bedroom, although called Superior, was very small and had a very small double bed for 2 people, was ok for one night passing through
Did not use the shower facility as the buildings opposite look right into the bathroom, toilet is separate but can touch the door with your knees
There was no one there at check in (opens at 5pm) so had to wander around by ourselves trying to work out where everything was
The hotel does not mention that the square in front is closed at the moment for building work, so is very difficult to access, but we eventually found paid street parking very close by
