JANUARY HAS AVAILABILITY !!☀️ Fully renovated property just a 200m level stroll to beach and a 50m level stroll around the corner to the lake. ALL LINEN INCLUDED-LOVELY FLUFFY WHITE TOWELS AND CRISPY WHITE SHEETS-professionally laundered. Babysitter available-I am a fully qualified/experienced Primary school teacher-happy to babysit from $40 per hour-just book in when you book the property😊 Just one hour north of Sydney....Lovely north facing original 4 bedroom beach house that has been completely renovated. You get the beachy feel with all the modern conveniences, such as fully ducted air conditioning, dishwasher and 2 smart TVs. Leave the car in the secure off street area all week if you wish as you can stroll to the end of the road (level 200m walk) to the beautiful beach. If you prefer you can wander around the corner to the clean and safe swimming lake (level 50m walk). It's an easy walk to patrolled areas at either end of the beach as well as the natural rock pool that is perfect for toddlers. You can easily walk across the beach to Avoca where you will find tennis courts, cafes, shops, markets (last Sunday of the month) and the historic picture theatre. The beautiful village of Terrigal is just over the hill (2 minutes drive) where you can book in to dive the HMAS Adelaide. There are many reputable restaurants and cafes in the area. Please note that the longer you stay the less you pay per day. The fully fenced yard and BBQ area is perfect for those hot summer afternoons with a shady spot to finish the day. The property is north facing so you get the sun in winter and the shade in summer. Features -4 bedrooms all with built in robes -outdoor shower -main bathroom with shower and separate full size bath -powder room with extra toilet - fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher -ceiling fans throughout -ducted air conditioning throughout -2 queen size beds -1 double bed with single above -1 set of double bunks -2 flat screen smart TVs -DVD player complete with DVDs -European laundry with washing machine and tub -local shop approx 300 metres walk All linen is included in the tariff and we will endeavour to make your stay as fantastic as possible. Don't forget your beach towels! Please be aware this property does not allow pets. No smoking allowed inside. Minimal noise after 11pm and quiet after midnight please. Maximum overnight guests not to be exceeded. We are halfway between Sydney and Newcastle. It is an easy one hour drive from Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. Please be aware we DO NOT cater to schoolies groups or parties sorry.

Accomodation was close to the lake for littlies and kayaking for older kids. It was a short stroll to the surf beach and then a brief walk to the patrolled area. A wonderful long beach for those who just want a good refreshing walk.

Amazing location of the house, just a hop away from the beach. Lisa was very prompt on her reply every time we reached out to her. Well, Lisa made our trip awesome, not knowingly. We just can’t stop thinking, had we cancelled our trip due to the weather conditions, it would have been a shame. But thanks to Lisa and the Sun that came out shining all the way. Would definitely stay again.

The house is clean and spacious. We were a group of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 infant, and it was able to accommodate us really well. Kitchen is nicely stocked with essential cookware and cutlery. Nicely located very close to the beach (although unfortunately the weather prevented us from enjoying it). All in all, it was a lovely location for quick weekend trip out of the city with friends.

This is a great spot in North Avoca given you can walk to Avoca over the beach or up to the Boy and the Rose in North Avoca. House is simple and clean. Bunk beds worked really well without 2 & 4 years old. The other room was for older kids as the bunk doesn't have the same stairs. The two double bedrooms have good space. Great to have the enclosed front yard for kids to play in.

This house is extremely clean & tidy, with comfy beds. It's very close to the beach with an easy stroll to either North or South Avoca patrolled areas. There's a great ocean kids pool down the south end. There's also a nice Barbque area out the front of the house. It's only a few minutes drive to Terrigal for restaurants & shops. Lisa left us a nice bottle of champagne in the fridge that we enjoyed. She lives at the back of the property so was able bring additional towels etc when requested.

Four of our board members for a charity that we manage overseas flew to the Central Coast from across Australia. The accommodation exceeded the standard of any Motel and was close to the beach. We had a comfortable stay in an environment where we could meet and talk. The host Lisa is excellent.
