GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to this townhouse and carport. Base price is for four people (Bedroom 1 and 2). If any additional bedrooms or beds are needed/used, you agree when booking that they will be charged as per below. Bedrooms not booked will be locked.
1-4 guests = 2 queen beds/2 bedrooms
5-6 guests = 2 queen, 1 double bed
7 guests = 2 queen, 1 double bed, 1 single bunk bed
8 guests = 2 queen, 1 double, 2 single beds
9-10 guests = 2 queen, 2 double, 2 single beds
5-8 guests = 3 bedrooms, bunk beds
9-10 guests = 1 sofa bed in living room
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If an additional bedroom or beds are needed/used they will be charged as per rules above, $65 per person per night.

HOUSE RULES
- Access only to bedrooms/beds paid for (view Guest Access)
- All guests need to be added to the booking under their Airbnb accounts
- Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid extra charges
- Pets not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. $65 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges
- Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra ($65 per infant per night)
- Booking will be canceled with no refund if guests are smoking at the home or if extra guests not booked attend the home without prior approval
- A security deposit of $500 is due 7 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded within 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access have been followed and the home is not damaged.

GETTING AROUND
Off street car parking for 2 cars, boat or caravan and plenty of street parking.
There's many options for getting around, so a car isn't necessary:
- Bus stop at the end of the street
- Close to picturesque bushland walking track to town (20min).
- Courtesy buses to all clubs in Moama NSW and the Echuca Workers Club. These run all day long and will pick you up and drop you off. 

DESCRIBE THE AREA
The apartment is located in a quiet, picturesque and secure part of town, I used to live there for 11 years and miss it immensely. The homes neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. There's a gorgeous walking track into town along the Campaspe River. You'll thoroughly enjoy this peaceful and quiet home away from home.
