Tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with peeks of the bay ready for a relaxing getaway. Newly renovated space combines comfort, privacy, and all the features for an easy weekend/week rental. Perfect for events. Centrally located near Monterey Fairgrounds (10 min), Laguna Seca Raceway (10 min), and beach (5 min). Fisherman's Wharf (15 min), Pebble Beach (20 min), and downtown Carmel (20 min) in easy reach. Plenty of seating in the beach-style living room, with French doors opening onto raised patio. Private backyard also features a second patio with BBQ. Master bedroom equipped with king bed, closet, private bathroom includes double sink and shower. Second big bedroom features queen size bed, additional seating, and closet. Third bedroom hosts two single beds and closet. Dining table and separate breakfast nook offer options for formal and informal meal times. Modern kitchen fully remodeled with granite countertops and new appliances. Ample storage. Washing machine and dryer on premises. Free off-street parking, with gated driveway. We were in town for a conference and it had everything we needed: clean bathroom, kitchen, porch, clean bed, enough space, living room, etc. Jogged around the neighborhood and to the sand dunes. Plenty of food nearby

Home was comfortable. Had a coffee maker but no coffee or filters so need to bring your own. Neighbors took up the street parking so fortunately the driveway was long enough to fit our two vehicles. I would stay here again.

This is a nice home in a residential area of Seaside. It is well kept and is a short drive to Monterey and Carmel. It suited our family of 5 with 3 young adults well. We visited during a warm stretch. It does not have AC so some more fans would be useful.

We had a great time in Seaside! The house is conveniently located and exactly as described. It was clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for all of us. We loved the outdoor sitting areas. The lockbox was a little tricky to find and no lights were left on when we arrived so we did a little searching in the dark and finally got ourselves inside. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and design. The alarm on the doors are a little obnoxious, but we did get used to them. Wouldn’t be an issue ordinarily, but with the little one going to bed first, the mound announcements of doors opening was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

This was perfect for us. Our daughter & partner live nearby and there was room for my other daughter and her family to stay here too. Not far from beach, Dennis the Menace playground and the aquarium too. Very comfortable!

The house had what we needed for our family of 5 adults and was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The electric fans were useful for the warmer evenings, but the house cooled off quickly at night (plus they added white noise for neighborhood dogs and people). Grateful for off street, locked parking. Host was super easy to work with and contact. Highly recommend.

Very nice property. Very comfortable for 4 senior sisters. Plants and grounds were beautiful. The host was very resonsive to question prior to our visit. Only suggestion would be to have screens on windows so we could enjoy the cool breezes. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to the Monterey Bay area.

-Area (neighborhood) a little rough (very close to liquor store, lots of cars on the street, solicitors)
-Exposed electrical (some outlets had no plates or devices installed) Obvious rushed flip job.
-Kids beds metal frame over tile floor. We had to put pillows on the floor after our 3 yo fell.
-Annoyingly loud alarm system (with a sign that says not to alter) sounds EVERY TIME a door or window is opened. Makes nap time a fun challenge.
And what sealed the deal for us:
-OWNER SHOWS UP UNNANNOUNCED to "put blankets in the garage" Really? That couldn't wait?
Overall it was better than a motel 6, but lacking some of the comforts. We had to purchase our own laundry soap? Not many kid friendly (plastic) plates/bowls/utensils. Lots of glass + tile floors + tall chairs = picnic time on floor.
Stay here if you have grown kids or just want to save money cramming adults into twin beds.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We would recommend it to friends and family as it was close to a lot of places we wanted to see, and do but more affordable than staying in Carmel or Monterey. If we were to return to the area, we would definitely like to book again.

This is a cute little house near Monterey. It was clean and well equipped to house our family of six, while we were visiting Monterey. It was 10 minutes or less to drive to the beach, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

In Monterey to volunteer at the Women's US Open so this place was very convenient to Pebble Beach. The 4 of us had plenty of room and we enjoyed the time we spent there. Having the driveway with the locked gate was nice for convenience and safety. Would stay here again if we ever get back to this area!

This is a cute little house near Monterey. It was clean and well equipped to house our family of six, while we were visiting Monterey. It was 10 minutes or less to drive to the beach, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

We booked one year prior to travel - several comms with Ernie during that time - all spot on, very friendly, and accommodating.
Our friends arrived on June 6th, we arrived the 9th, and stayed through the 13th. Very nice neighborhood and close to so many things to do in the greater Monterey area. Airport is about five miles away. We will stay here again.

Ernest's home was spacious and very comfortable. It was a beautiful place to stay while exploring Monterey. The home was very clean, well stocked and had a nice private garden area outside. Ernest was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was working properly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Nice three bedroom house with full kitchen, a nice outdoor patio complete with table and chairs. Driveway parking as well. Close proximity to the beach, cannery row, the fair park, and plenty of food places. For my trip this property was perfect.

Was visiting to go to Monterey, Carmel, & area. This location has fast access to the highway to enjoy the places we wanted to visit. The house is setup well and very quiet at night. Loved our stay.

This is a great property!!!! You can see the ocean. There are fruit trees in the back yard. Really nice decor. Easy to find. Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Beds super comfortable. Very clean. My only suggestion is that there was only a few hangers in the closet and more would be helpful. We give this property a high recommendation.

The perfect spot is putting it mildly..
This place is awesome all you have to bring is your clothes and the owner has a washing machine there for you. The beach was less than 10 minutes away everything we needed was right around the corner we will definitely be back

Myself and a few friends visited Monterey to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I rented this VRBO based on location, reviews and the pictures included online. We were definitely happily surprised at the home, it was clean and cozy, and accommodating. We all had a wonderful weekend celebrating our friend together.
