The breakfast was amazing...feel like home...the owner and his wife prepared in their kitchen...trying to meet our requirements for Halal food, and various of food every day ...I stayed for 3 nights...the location in quite and relaxed area...far little from the center,,,but I wanted this location to be walking distance to likani Hotel.

The hotel's breakfast was truly superb, offering an experience that made us feel like we were visiting a warm Georgian family. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The level of service surpassed our expectations, exceeding what we typically find at other Georgian locations. Highly impressed with our entire stay!

lovely people.
Breakfast was amazing. Huge and a large assortment of local fare. Woman of the house was gorgeous.

It is very hard to find.
There are so many Meskheti Streets in Borgiomi and inaccurate digital maps. We struggled to find the place. In the end we had to resort to stopping at a tourist information booth ( ..... 8.00 PM at night ) and the owner came to guide us. Close to where we “ thought “ it was - but no signage, no street names and a confusing entrance gate that looked like we were going to a different hotel complex. This BTW - it is not. It is a room in a house in a residential street.
Isolated area from town. No restaurants or bars. We ended up buying a 30.00 lari voucher each, just to gain entry into a swish hotel about 500 M away to have something to eat and drink. You substitute the voucher for same.
150.00 lari was expensive for the room. I guess because there is nothing much else around.
