Location, size of apt, parking, convenience to all.
For the price we paid it far exceeded expectations. The reality is if you’re looking for a great deal then this place is it. I’m completely spoiled as I travel to to five star hotels but my parents wanted to pay and they are more frugal I was apprehensive about staying here but honestly it was a wonderful experience and the Queen residents far exceeded my expectations. We were greeted immediately by Christian who runs the place. He speaks fluent English and was available 24/7. He gave a great advice on where to go and what to do and honestly he made the place feel like home away from home.

Läget var fantastiskt, sandstranden, restauranger och butiker i omedelbar närhet. Kristian i receptionen var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående om något saknades i lägenheten. Han gav även råd till utflykter och kunde svara på alla frågor.

The location is great, just besides beach. The stuff was really accommodating and kind, they even parked the car for us. The bed was comfortable.
Warm water didn't work, so we had to take a shower with completely cold water. The shower cabin is not closed so the water goes all around bathroom. We had only one towel per person, and we had only one toilet paper for the whole stay. They don't have iron or hairdryer. They don't have trash can, they don't have TV. The bedding material is made of poor material.
