Situated in Moonta Bay, this lovely house for $89 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Your home away from home has 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 persons. PROPERTY FEATURES: 2 separate living areas: 1 with a 3 seater & 2 seater lounge, flat screen TV, Foxtel & Free to air TV. 2nd living room has a chaise lounge, flat screen TV with Free to air TV. 8 seater table and chairs in dining room. Split system reverse cycle air conditioner at each end of the house, 1 also in main bedroom and bunk room. Ceiling fans in living areas & the 2 main bedrooms, no ceiling fan in 3rd bedroom due to the bunk bed. Outdoor covered deck with gas bbq. Back deck also has cafe blinds to help keep some sun out and also helps with those fierce Moonta Bay winds! Large deck esky for your enjoyment for drinks, food or that big catch! Fully enclosed yard, safe for children and pets. Swing set in the back yard. Offstreet parking for boats etc (vacant lot next door). Washing machine. Well equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher & microwave. Small assortment of games and activities for younger children. Fish cleaning bay out the back. Carport behind gates for up to 2 cars. BYO LINEN: Sheets, pillow cases, towels A perfect getaway for couples or families. PET POLICY: Pets are welcome as long as advised prior to you arriving to the property. We prefer pets to be outside, not inside. However if inside, we DO NOT allow pets to sleep on the beds or furniture. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding extra cleaning fees will be incurred. Bedding Configuration This property has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a 2 way bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 1 single and a single over double bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. We do have quilts and pillows on the beds, but guests do need to supply their own linen which includes sheets, a top and bottom and pillow case please for the beds. You will also need to bring all other linen including towels, tea towels etc. Elliott's Lodge runs on rainwater for the best part of the year with only a few months that we switch to mains water. We are also running on solar power. Terms & Conditions If excessive Pet hair is found inside the property on bedding or furniture extra cleaning fees will be incurred

Looking fir a quiet few days over Christmas to escape the madness at this time of year. Perfect for our dog, secure neat quiet abd walkable to beach shops abd such a great friendly town. Proprry had ample room large bedrooms with a few extras like games , dry food large fridge and BBQ.

Apart from presenting a rather nice property quite well overall, the Owners' response to messages about shortcomings while we were there were disappointing, tending to be dismissive and almost arrogant.

Chose this property because of its location and amenities and especially because two of the bedrooms had queen size beds providing both of us with our separate space. Couldn’t fault the house setup, heating, cooking facilities, bathroom, comfortable beds. We knew there would be no wi fi at the property but expected the operation of the two TV’s to be straight forward. It wasn’t. There were no “cheat sheets” to refer to (mentioned as available in the confirmation letter) leading me to confer back and forth with the hosts for advice and help through texts. In the end we decided that getting 2 TV stations ( ABC and SBS) was better than none and discontinued texts with the hosts. Consequently we were disappointed that the issue of “no signal” on the other channels wasn’t resolved during our stay but seeing it was only for 3 nights, it was bearable and didn’t taint our overall impression of our stay in Moonta which we enjoyed.

What a wonderful place to stay! Very child and pet friendly. Our daughter LOVED the swing set and the dogs were safely secured in the backyard. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach everyday. Would definitely recommend this place for families. We can't wait to come back.

Great property, very well appointed and nice and clean. There was no TV reception so we couldnt watch the football ,but besides that we couldnt ask for more and will definitely be back.

We have been undertaking annual holidays at Moonta for the past 5+ years. This was another relaxing and fun filled stay filled with many cherished memories.

We loved staying here. The fully enclosed yard meant our toddler could run around out the back and had access to three different swings and a slide. We loved walking down to the beach each morning and grabbing a coffee before letting our toddler run through the tide pools on the beach. We would definitely love to stay here again if we can.

This is a lovely holiday stay. Great beds very comfortable and really quite spacious with two living areas as well as outside. Kids enjoyed the play equipment and we adults enjoyed the back deck Quiet neighbourhood very close to Water Park and beachfront. Air conditioners work beautifully and made us very comfortable.

Was a perfect place to stay for a weekend away with my partner and son. We found the bed very comfortable and my son slept surprisingly well in one of the single beds! Although I would recommend closing the huge Esky lid on back veranda if you have little ones walking around, as my son pulled it down onto his hand, which caused an almighty bruise! Overall place was very clean and tidy.

Last minute easy to rent well kept house. Unfortunately, we had booked for 3 nights but, was only able to stay 1 night after our youngest fell ill. Notified the owners who were understandable, but no mention about a credit to use the other 2 days which was a shame.
