Location is perfect, really close to the station which then connects you to the rest of the town really easily.
The staff were super friendly, carrying out bags to our rooms and walking us through all the facilities.
The facilities were great, the foot bath overlooked the town and the mountains and was usually empty so lovely peaceful break.
To consider - it is up a hill which was no issue but could be for those with accessibility needs

Lovely place to stay, the receptionist lady was great. Laundry service for $5 total for wash and dry.
The only slight issue is there isn’t a private shower. It’s nude bathing only with other guests. But the onsen is really great

The owners were really nice and hospitable.
The room was large and spacious. The guesthouse is well situated right next to the train station and convenience stores.
It was a bit too noisy being right next to the train line.
