Private Onsen für Personen mit Tattoos sind nutzbar. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett war ebenfalls groß genug.
Das Kissen war etwas fest. Das Bad war klein und roch nicht so gut. Daher sollte man die öffentliche Bäder besuchen.

Lo que más me gustó fue poder vivir la experiencia del roykan y el Onsen privado fue genial. El hotel tiene bebidas gratis que es de agradecer y estaba todo muy limpio.
Que no nos dieron la opción de coger desayuno y para llegar al pueblo y saliendo temprano tuvimos que coger en 7 eleven. Según la página de booking , según fotos, estaba convencida que era la sala de comer y a parte la zona de dormir y resultó ser una sala que allí montabas tú los futones y te quedabas sin espacio en la habitación. El baño diminuto.

I liked that the hotel was very quiet and clean. The sukiyaki dinner was outstanding, and the service was excellent. I was concerned we would have trouble booking the private onsen, but given that the hotel was not very busy, there were no issues. The views from the hotel were as advertised. It was especially beautiful in the morning, while you rested after coming out of the onsen. I would stay there again next time I pass through Hakone.
The hotel is a bit of a trek from the train station, and it was a bit hard to find (nestled behind a 7-Eleven). Aside from that, there was nothing I didn't like.
