Fully remodeled and updated, our home is ideally suited for a romantic getaway, celebrating a special life milestone, those looking for a little laid-back downtime, and anyone wanting to enjoy Maui to its fullest potential. Our 1 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront condo is in the Royal Mauian, a South Maui condominium complex nestled on a promontory between two of South Maui's finest beaches, Kamaole I and Kamaole II. With an up-close and personal front-row view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, we offer luxurious accommodations as well as beautiful Maui sunsets, turtle and seasonal whale watching, all from your private lanai. Our unit is less than 50 feet from the Pacific Ocean and steps away from two post-card beaches for all your desired activities: sunbathing, ocean swimming & snorkeling, SUP, yoga, beach running and walking down to Wailea on the beach and ocean front paths.
Royal Mauian 308 is the perfect beachfront vacation getaway for couples, whether traveling together or as part of a wider family or friend group. We also have additional contacts on the island if you are looking to book for more than 2 people, either at the Royal Mauian or our other upscale property at the Maui Kamaole (VRBO #215146), a 15-minute walk away.
Our property is managed directly by the Faris family and has been in our family for over 40 years. We had such an amazing stay here for our honeymoon. The place was beautiful, super clean, and honestly even better than we expected. We completely fell in love with the area and already want to come back someday. Everything about the trip felt relaxing and special, and this was the perfect place to stay while making those memories. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful one-bedroom condo in Kihei. The oceanfront setting is truly special—the views from the lanai overlooking West Maui were absolutely stunning and something we enjoyed every day.Kevin was an exceptional host with outstanding communication. He was always responsive, attentive, and clearly takes pride in ensuring his guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. That level of care stood out and made our stay even better.The location is ideal for exploring the island. It’s easy to head up to West Maui, venture into Upcountry, relax at the beaches just outside the condo or further south of Kihei, or make your way to Paia and the Road to Hana. Having such convenient access to so many parts of Maui made this a perfect home base.The condo itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and easy to settle into. We would absolutely rebook and return without hesitation.Mahalo, Kevin and family, for sharing your beautiful home and for your genuine hospitality.

This was the most beautifully decorated and Equipped condo we have ever stayed at at the Royal Mauian. The owner Kevin was very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. The view was beautiful and the breezes were calming.
