The staff were the highlight of our stay — every single person we dealt with was warm, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made a real difference traveling with an infant. Our transfer driver even provided a car seat without us having to ask twice. The property is well equipped: spa, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, a beach shuttle we used constantly, and a comfortable, spacious room with modern renovation, AC, and a balcony. Breakfast and dinner were generous, with fresh fruit, made-to-order omelets, and a rotating dinner menu of fish and meat dishes. Housekeeping was responsive whenever we asked for extra cleaning or fresh towels.
Getting to the restaurant means a few steps with no ramp — hard with a stroller. Beach umbrellas don’t tilt, so they never fully shade both loungers. Beach towels are issued once a day and not exchanged, and the beach bar menu promises items (like ice cream) that simply weren’t available. Breakfast thins out fast if you arrive late. Our room needed more attention than expected: a requested iron never arrived, the carpet wasn’t properly cleaned despite asking, the pillows were flat, the headboard had an odd smell, and humidity kept our belongings damp all week. In the bathroom, the shampoo dispenser was detached, the shower door creaked, and an uneven shower floor caused constant flooding. Worst of all, the minibar turned out to be paid — this wasn’t disclosed anywhere — and we were charged at checkout at roughly 2–3x shop prices. The kids’ room was also dirty with worn-out toys.

The breakfast was very good and they offer plenty of options. The view from the room was nice too. The parking is a plus.
My room was located at the 5th floor. Half of the hallway to the room was under construction, no AC there and only one elevator functional.
Nobody announced me about the fact that some parts of the hotel were under construction. When I’ve addressed this issue to the staff, they told me that the part under construction isn’t part of their hotel?! 😐 in addition to this, one day the elevators didn’t work at all. Imagine going up and down with a lot of luggages. Also, the parking is closed during the night, but again nobody announced me about this and we had to wait for the staff to wake up the guy responsible with the parking at midnight.
