Situated in Holualoa, this charming condo for $334 per night is a great option for your next break. Aloha! Great for longer stays! We supply reliable internet/wi-fi, a desk and comfortable office chair, and large monitor that makes our condo an ideal remote working location. Our spacious 2 bed 3 bath condo has ocean views, not only from our huge wrap around lanai, but while sitting on the couch in the living room. Situated on the third floor of a clean and well maintained complex, our unit is on the quiet side of the building away from parking and pool noise and easily accessible from the elevator. Both of the spacious bedrooms have brand new wood floors, a king size bed, with newer very comfortable mattresses and a full on-suite bathroom. Two additional guests can get sleep comfortably on the queen size cabinet murphy bed with premium mattress in the living room. With 3 full bathrooms, unlike most condos, it won't take forever to get ready for dinner after a day at the beach, pool, or sight seeing. Brand new full size washer and dryer make it easy to manage your laundry. A full size, updated well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, stove with convection oven, and full size microwave makes meals in the condo a breeze. Coffee on the lanai watching the boats pass by is a great start to the day. At the end of the day you can relax and enjoy dinner or drinks on the lanai and watch for the green flash as the sun sets on the ocean. Our condo is in an excellent location. Its a 4 minute walk to Kona's best boogie board beach, Honl's, and just a five minute walk to downtown Kona and some of the best restaurants in the area or the luau at the Royal Kona. If you have a car you can use our free 2 car parking slot near the elevator in the condo’s garage. The views are amazing, all of the pictures in this listing are taken either from the lanai or living room. You can see the ocean from the living room couch. During the right time of year you can see gorgeous sunsets and jumping whales without even leaving the unit. Looking the other direction you can see Hualalai volcano. The pink glowing sky and singing birds in the early morning are worth waking up for. We supply a lot of beach accessories including coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, boogie boards and and snorkeling gear. Sizes, quantity and styles of the beach gear are not guaranteed and changes frequently. For guests travelling with children, please be sure to read the house rules document. Our pool is shared with full time residents and they frown upon a lot of noise and disturbances, and there are no pool toys allowed. We've had many guests with children who have had wonderful stays but a few comments from guests who felt the rules were a bit too restrictive for some. We had a great stay here, they got everything that we needed for our family. It was easy walk to the beach to watch the sunsets, food, shopping. Donna & Steve were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again 😊

This is a great place to stay with a very convenient location. The shops, restaurants, and the ocean are within an easy walking distance. The condo is very comfortable and has pretty much whatever you need.

Highly recommended staying in this condo on your visit to Kona. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. We were a 2 minute walk from the Main Street with restaurants, shops and some beaches. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every single morning and watched the sunset many evenings. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind to us when we needed help. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. It was spotless. Beds were comfortable and air conditioners made rooms cool for sleeping at night. One of our favorite VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at. Truly can’t recommend enough!

We had a great three day stay to finish off our bi-annual Hawaii trip. This condo is clean, spacious, and well stocked with anything you’d need for food prep, beach activities and family hangout time. It’s a short walk to dozens of good restaurants and bars and the sitting on the lanai at sunset was a highlight for us. We’d definitely stay here again next time.

First time staying in a rental and it was fantastic. Lots of room for my family of 6. Very well stocked from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the beach gear. Plenty of easily accessible information in a binder if you want to go out and eat or explore the island. I would definitely stay again and recommend this to anyone visiting the big island.

This property was just as fabulous as the listing could show. We were in Hawaii to celebrate my 70th birthday, and this lodging was just perfect for that. Advance preparation, by them, made it quite easy to settle into this unit, and we loved every minute of being there. Mornings on the lanai, drinking coffee, and watching the geckos were the perfect way to start our days. Walking distance to Kailua-Kona was a huge win. Closeness to coffee ranches were also a plus. Nice drive to the volcanoes, and to other parts of the island made this our best place to stay while in Hawaii ( we traveled to 2 other islands while there).

Hosts provided all the essentials and then some. The only surprise was how well stocked the property was with all the necessities of home. My family’s stay (including two young, Gen Z adults) was very comfortable and convenient in all aspects. Will stay here again – no question.

This condo was fantastic. Very clean and spacious and the lanai was great for relaxing and watching the sunset. Walked to Ali’i drive and checked out the shops and restaurants. The beach gear provided made the trip so nice not having to worry about find a place to rent or buy it.

From the time of booking until the day we checked out, Steve was very attentive. The condo was very clean and spacious and I must have missed it was a 2bedroom with 3 FULL baths which was a nice surprise, even though there were only 2 of us. The condo was well equipped with soap, shampoo, starter paper products, everything you need in the kitchen or for a day at the beach. Location is terrific, nor directly on busy Ali’i but close enough to walk anywhere in 15 minutes. Every thing you see in the pictures are what you get! Just a great stay! Covered parking was also a plus! Mahalo Steve and Donna, we can’t wait to come back again!

We are two couples, long time friends. The condo was plenty large enough for everyone and very comfortable. Furniture is quality and the lanai huge, very pleasant to begin and end the day. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and ocean. I imagine it’s hot in the summer months. Nice to have assigned, sheltered parking I would definately stay here again

This was our second stay at Steve and Donna's condo. Location, location, location. Being right at the top of Kona's Ali'i drive and having the shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk is so nice and they are along the ocean which makes for nice sunset meals and happy hour. The grounds are immaculate as is the pool and barbeque area. The condo has absolutely everything for what you see in the photos posted. Everything is in top working condition and all beach gear is in great condition, from noodles to boogie boards. Steve and Donna are quick to respond if any issues arise or for any questions in general. We do plan to return.

Wonderful morning views of the sunrise over Hualalai, and sunset views over the ocean. The condo is very well appointed with every we needed, including beach chairs and snorkel gear. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find the unit looked even better than it does in photos.

Everything was fabulous! Beautiful in every way. It was our island paradise - our home away from home, stocked with everything we needed. Can't wait to return to the Big Island and stay this same condo again! Convenient to shops, restaurants, anywhere we needed to go - everything was right there. Our hosts made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our entire stay.

Our first thought when we walked in was spacious and modern. It has 3 baths, one in each bedroom and one near the entry. The master bath has a walk-in glass shower. The lanai goes the whole length of the unit with entrances from the living room and each bedroom and the furniture is very comfortable. It is an easy walk to the shopping and eating district which has nice establishments. I can't praise the unit enough.
