The apartament is close ro the beach.

1. The towels and bed linen were not clean. 2. We booked the option with breakfast, but we did not receive any breakfast. We found bread and butter în the fridge... 3. The fridge was dirty. 4. În the bathroom we did not. find handsoap

Very comfortable apartment a short distance from downtown Cadiz; comfortable beds and beach close by

They provided coffee pods, cereal and some bread for breakfast so some effort was made but I wouldn't stay at this location for the "free breakfast". The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, good bathroom shower and water pressure (sometimes not the case in an apartment tower!) and a great deal of sleeping bed options (so excellent for families of 4, 5 or 6.

Unless you are familiar with the area, it is difficult to find a "location address" posted on the building. I would include additional directions to offer that the apartment entrance is between "the small corner store and the gelato store" or something more for the renters to find. This is the only reason I did NOT recommend the apartment more highly: the coded entrance system. You need a code to enter the apartment complex and of course another code to enter the actual apartment/door which is not entirely user friendly the first time you enter. We are in our mid-late 40's with kids and have NOT used this particular type of entrance system (many other coded types) but ultimately, with luggage in a strange spot, you want this aspect to be VERY SIMPLE! Not worried about wi-fi and your cell phone reception in the building, etc, etc. Meet your tenants at the apartment - out of respect to them - then you get a 5 star rating!

Great Views and Great Ice Cream, who can beat that?

Location was great (next to our favourite gelateria. View was great and weather was great. The apartment had all what we needed for our stay.

Certainly the SmartRent App is a pain, I was inundated with emails and WhatsApp messages which I found to be OTT. The apartment needs some TLC, some of the lounge furniture was worn out.

Very good

Great location on the edge of the shopping area and a short walk into the old town. The property was very clean and set up well for a family or group of friends travelling. We had a few issues like a missing toaster and kettle which were quickly sorted by the owner.

Smelly apartment

Location and absolutely nothing else

Apt smelled of sewage, made 10x worse with air con on. Had to have windows open all night because of smell. WiFi was next to useless. Bedroom door handle came off in my hand. Dining chair was cracked and ripped my shirt. Toaster broken so had to go out for breakfast. Helped with cooker problem but had to keep turning electric off then on again to use cooker. Text several times to different mobile nos but still waiting to hear back. Not happy with this rental company at all.

Disappointed

The views of the city were nice and it is very conveniently located to grocery and beach.

It was not very clean, the sheets on 3 of the beds were dirty with sand in them when we arrived. Also the shower drain backed up and did not drain properly. I was charged an extra cleaning fee which I am assuming is because I requested the sheets to be changed? Customer service was nearly non existent, which came as a shock after visiting 2 other cities in Spain where the rental staff went out of their way to welcome us and be available for any needs we had.
