Beautiful penthouse and great location

Beautiful apartment in a stylish historic building and great location, very central. The penthouse is beautifully decorated, there's plenty of space and the view of the city and the cathedral from the terrace is great. A great place to visit Malaga. High standards.

- You do not get the apartment you chose and booked from the pictures available on Booking.com. This was NOT the apartment we chose. We of course complained but our apartment was occupied?! We were lucky that the apartment we stayed in for a week was also very nice, but it's a question of principles. We were explained that the apartments are considered similar (they are really Not) and that the pictures shown are a mix of both apartments. They are aware of the issue and have already received many complaints about that and they said that they will try to differentiate the apartments photos at the time of booking. It is common sense and very necessary. - Lack of privacy with toilets and bathroom: the upstairs toilets have simply no door?! It's a toilet and a sink between 2 walls, just by the bedroom and there is no door. In the downstairs bathroom, the glass walls are blurry but still very revealing when the lights are on. - One lady in the office downstairs was the coldest and most unwelcoming person I ever met. I don't have her name unfortunately. When complaining about the above issue, we really felt like we were disturbing her: she did not smile once and barely said 2 words to reply my concerns. I really had to insist. Funny enough, when I talked with the very friendly manager of the place, he was not surprised and knew exactly who I was talking about and he could not be more sorry. This person should not work with the public and has no sense of customer service.

Vi har lyst å komme tilbake

Belligenheten var opptimal. Veldig sentralt og ganske stille.

Det var en spesiell opplevelse at toalett og dusj hadde samme dør og at det var mulig å se inn. Når person dusjet måtte en sitte på toalett med åpen dør. Det skal en være oppmersom på. Det er ikke alle gjester som syns det er like hyggelig. Det var i tillegg dårlig trykk på vannet i dusjen. Kanskje fordi det ligger i 3. etasje.

Brilliant stay, excellent location.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures supplied and beautifully decorated. It was near to everything in the city centre, very clean and supplied all the items necessary for a short stay with a very comfortable bed. We would stay at this apartment again for the excellent location and because the staff were very helpful and easy to get in contact with,

It was a little noisy at 1.00 am when the bars / clubs emptied and the scooters parked in the street started up.

jeden pokój ze światłem dziennym i niestety nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji , który utrzymywał się przez cały pobyt, właściciel chciał nam zmienić apartament, ale na mniejszy i bez światła dziennego, wewnętrzny.

Heerlijk genieten in Malaga

Heerlijk ruim appartement met fantastisch dakterras! Grootste gedeelte van de dag zon. Goede ligging om de stad te ontdekken. Appartement heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken voor als je zelf wilt koken.

Wat kleine zaken. Deksel prullenbak was bijvoorbeeld kapot en er missen wat mij betreft wat haken om je handdoeken op te hangen in de badkamer.

Es war Perfekt :)

Die Einrichtung und der Stil einfach ein Hammer , die Lage ist auch Perdekt ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Für den ersten Urlaub unseres Babys (4 Monate) war es wirklich sehr schön ;) Danke & wir würden es auf jedenfall nochmal Buchen & weiterempfehlen

Im grossen und ganzen eine tolle Unterkunft. Man darf sich einfach nocht an der Ringhörigkeit stören.

Sehr zentrsl gelegen Modern und grosszügig Leider ein bisschen wenig Ablagefläche für die Kleider. Zu wenig Tablars.

Wir kommen gerne wieder. Malaga ist eine wunderschöne und entspannte Stadt.

Im Großen und Ganzen hat die Unterkunft unsere Erwartung vollkommen erfüllt. Die Lage war hervorragend - man war in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum der Altstadt aber trotzdem war es rund um die Unterkunft herum sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft war sauber, schön eingerichtet und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick von dort war traumhaft. ABER: Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich nur für zwei Personen geeignet oder eine Familie, die sich sehr sehr sehr nahe steht. Es gibt praktisch keine Wände und damit keine separaten Schlafzimmer!! Toilette und Dusche sind mitten im Wohn-/Ess-/Schlaf-Bereich und nur durch eine Glastür getrennt. Das Bett steht wirklich direkt daneben. Für ein Paar, das sehr vertraut miteinander ist, ist das aber absolut kein Problem.

Wie oben schon erwähnt, sind wir mit der Unterkunft vollends zufrieden, allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden können/sollten: - Die Angabe, dass es eine Spülmaschine gibt, wenn es keine gibt, ist sehr ärgerlich - Mehr Privatsphäre - eine einfache Wand um den Bereich WC & Dusche würden helfen - Die Wand an der Dusche ist auch zeitgleich die Hauswand - hier sammelt sich das Wasser und es mufft - Der riesige Lichtschacht, der bis runter in Büro führt, ist dort offen und man bekommt den ganzen Tag die Gespräche aus dem Büro mit. Das ist wirklich richtig nervig. Dort sollte eine große schalldichte Glasscheibe eingebaut werden. - Ein Sichtschutz zwischen den beiden Terrassen wäre schön, weil man aktuell keine Privatsphäre hat - Mehr Haken und Ablagefläche. Es gab keine Möglichkeit sein Handtuch fürs Duschen aufzuhängen. Es gab nur ein kleines Regal und das "Ankleidezimmer" - die neuen Betten sind wirklich sehr hart und unbequem

Very comfortable and pleasant stay at this place.

It is a really nice location and I would happily recommend it to anyone. Very clean, comfortable and cute little apartment. Kira who is organizing the stay is really helpful with all the directions and any questions you have. 🤩

Would we go back - you bet

The apartment was in a good location within easy walking distance of most of the local attractions. My wife and I I loved the open plan layout and the tasteful decoration.

The people in the flat above us were noisy one night but were respectful when asked to tone it down.

The interior with the open loft plan was nice. The air conditioning was good. It had two beds, the bigger one was quiet comfy.

The owner has put all the pictures of apartments together so you never know which one you're booking. The washing machine wasn't functional. There's a light well that runs through the building, located in the center. It provides barely any insulation from sound. If other people are loud in the building, you would clearly hear it. Also the water comes out of the shower, so you need to put towels. There are no windows other than in the room that had the only balcony. Also not enough blankets.

Perfect for a couple or a small group of people. Beautiful apartment

The flat is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly maintained. Probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed Europe wide. Location was also pretty central.

The only real draw back is the noise in the area

Good modern apartment in a good location

Very spacious and had a nice terrace to go out on. Beds were comfy and had good kitchen facilities. Definitely recommend if you visit Malaga with your friends

Wifi wasn’t working for the first 2 days but then came back on. The shower and toilet door was extremely see through so maybe be a bit better if it was more private

The photos are misleading and the listing on booking.com doesn’t clearly show that this apartment doesn’t have a terrace.

Great location within 5 mins of supermarkets and bars etc. Roof terrace is a perfect hideaway from bustling town Plenty of comfy beds and lounging areas.

Pleasant

The location was very good.

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable and deformed ( sagging mattress) . The bed sheets smelled unpleasantly . It was cold in the apartment, even though we turned on the air con. The apartment has no sound insulation, we could hear every noise from the others app.

1. The location was optimal, close to everything. 2. The unit was clean and had a large kitchen and eating area. 3. Prompt service.

The TV would not connect to WIFI and all instructions in Spanish. 5. The internet connection was interrupted several times. 6. Construction down the street and busy and noisy nightlife.

Airy studio for those on very intimate terms

This is a light studio flat on two levels in a good location. I enjoyed the roof deck, especially sunsets. Though getting in was a palaver as the lock kept jamming, it felt reasonably secure. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked reasonably well equipped and clean.

I think renters should be aware that this is a studio flat. There are gaps in the floor boards too so there is no sound-proofing between floors. Indeed, the two beds are directly above/below each other so all noises (snoring etc) can be heard… furthermore, there is no privacy regarding bathrooms - no door even on the top floor toilet, so this space won’t suit all. The water was only luke-warm and needs adjustment so that a hot shower can be obtained. Check-in was difficult as the outer door code didn’t work, then the flat door just wouldn’t open! The lock is turning so a lot of fiddling getting in and out added unnecessary stress! They did not replace the lock telling me in Spanish it was fine! There is a broken step on the top floor that is a trip hazard. This space would not be safe for people travelling with young children. Nor would it suit a group of friends as lacking fundamental privacy.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere in Malaga.

Location is perfect, nice roof terrace, good size and clean. Overall with a group of friends it is a good apartment!

Bathroom. Shower leaks water too much on the floor. You’ll need to clean with towels after showering.. Apartment is not soundproof. So you can hear the street noises.
