My favourite destination

I have been here with my family for several times and again I was completely satisfied.

Decent cozy stay but arrogant staff

Very spacious, cozy, quite nice view.

People on reception. They we’re being very arrogant and rude (except one lady). We had to wait super long for the check in (I am not sure what they we’re doing for that long). At some point receptionist came and said “who is Mr xy”. My brother answered that this is him and then she started to ask something about our reservation at which point I said “I did the reservation” at which point she very arrogantly sipped back “I can’t know who Mr xy is”. I double checked my reservation and I put Mrs on it. One thing is to lack the knowledge of English but another to even be rude when it’s your own mistake. Also one lady told us that we can use spa in hotel and one day we used it and the younger lady on reception was very kind and offered towels etc. Next day there was Slovenian lady who was very arrogant saying that we can’t get towels and then she said we are not allowed to use the spa anyway and that the other lady told us that the first day. She was very rude. The lady first day definitively said we can use spa in the hotel but then I don’t know if it’s again lack of English. They would also not allow adults to sleep on top bed of bunk beds which is bizarre as they are very solid beds - doesn’t make much sense. We wouldn’t return there as their behaviour put us off. Bathroom and kitchen a bit outdated.

Location in center, near ski lift (car still required) in vicinity of market and SPA. apartment is clean and cozy. Key pick up/drop off and payment done in hotel nearby (this is smth we didnt know when we came, would be good to know in advance)

Perfect❤

For my family the best accommodation in Bad Kleinkirchheim ❤ Nice and helpful staff, comfortable appartement with a fireplace and sauna 👌🙂 We were here for the 2nd time and next year we will come again.

Perfect accommodation

Absolutely clean, well equipped and spacy appartment, nice and quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. Cartnen Card , fireplace and sauna, without anny additional fee, were a special bonus 👍. Thank you ❤️

Slow internet, the menu in German only, and no body come to talk to us explain information And they did not show that 2nd bedroom equiped 2 floor beds for children, my son is adalt
