FREE GUEST PARKING PLACARD provided in a nearby designated area as a special amenity to only our Penthouse guest; allows for 24-hour-a-day free parking. The space Cozy beach cottage feel in a historic penthouse overlooking Palm Beach. Clean, light and high ceilings add to the spaciousness. ONE OF THE ONLY CONDOS IN THE BUILDING THAT HAS CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING.
