Would recommend

It was located very well. Every major sight was in walkable distance. It was clean, well-heated, and spacious.

It can be a bit noisy over night (weekends) but it didn’t really bother us

Amazing location hyper hyper

When I arrived to the apartment a friendly landlord waited for me. The flat as described,its sparkling clean, you can find free wine and champagne, sparkling water in the fridge. The location of the apartment amazing! It justs in the downtown. The christmast market are few steps. The airportbus end station is just few step. The entertainment disctrict (bars, clubs, restaurants,) and the subway station is on the corner.

A delightful host and apartment.

Amazing host and an amazing, central location. Provisions and small little extras made this trip most memorable and comfortable. The host has thought of everything for guests. Clean, air-conditioned, safe, sound-proof windows and a stocked mini bar added another layer of comfort. Highly recommend this apartment for a long or short stay. Thank you. I would gladly return and recommend this wonderful accommodation to anyone considering visiting Budapest.

Amazing location in a city centre with walking distance to local shops and sights. Everything was really clean and the owner was really kind and friendly with us. We will definitely stay with her on our next visit. Well done Noemi

Beautiful apartment, clean and perfect location

Beautiful room in a perfect location. Everything you could possibly need had been thought of and even a free minibar with chocolates. Bed was comfortable and the place was spotlesslessly clean. Good communication with hostess. Highly recommend and would go back without hestitation.

I wouldn't mark apartment down, it is a period apartment, which we like, but as others have mentioned it is centrally heated so no means of turning heating off. I liked it as energy is so expensive in UK atm and it was a treat to be so warm! But it was a little hot at night for my husband. There is a fan, a/c and can open window as on a quiet side street.

Fabulous holiday.

The central location in the heart of Budapest. The apartment was well heated in the middle of a cold winter and the property manager was easy to contact and very friendly and caring.

Great location and apartment! Would highly recommend

Excellent communication with the host before our arrival. Noemi met us with the keys and personally showed us into the property. The apartment is in a great central location, has plenty of space, comfortable furniture and is very well stocked with both toiletries and fridge. We would definitely stay again!

The only thing I would change is the position of the shower head- it’s in the middle of the bath and quite low down so it’s difficult to get under/ you have to keep the shower head directed at the wall so the bathroom doesn’t get soaked. There might be a reason this isn’t possible but I’d recommend a longer hose from the tap and a fitting for the shower head at the end of the bath next to the shower screen.

Right in the city center, very clean, easy to reach entertainment district and attractions.

When I arrived, a very polite landlord waited for me , punctually She presented the apartment. The property is middle of the downtown. It is a very close connection to the M1, M2, M3, subway. Easy to get 100E airport suttle, just five minute from the apartment. Fast and hassle free check in. You get acess quicly and easily to the entertainment district by walk. When I entered to the property, I surprised.It is very clean and well-equipped airconditioning too. Free mini bar . The property more beautiful than pictures! The bed is very comfortable, the internet connection (wifi) fast. I would reccomend anyone who are looking for quick acess to the real downtown. The famous 7th district jewish quarter just five minutes walk. The public safety is excellent. I will come back for sure.

Very good

Noemi is a great host, who answers questions very promptly on-line or readily available on phone. Location is perfect for a short stay in Budapest - at the heart of the Pest (downtown) with walking distance to all the key sights / Danube bank and transport hub at Deak ter. Apartment is just right for a couple, well heated (though may be too much) and with most of the amenities available and functional. Noemi has kindly offered various welcome drinks in the fridge free of charge.

It would be good to have an extra set of keys to allow flexibility for visitors. Thus, it would also be nice to be able to regulate temperature level in the apartment (due to centrally provided heating).

Perfect one night stay at the New Year's Eve

Noémi is a perfect host she was very kind and caring. The check-in and checkout process was smooth. The apartment has a good location in vicinity of all main attractions. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
