It was clean, the location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and nice.The breakfast was exceptional and plenty of choices.

Beautiful spacious room in a lovely old building, balcony was a bonus. Comfortable bed. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Their Thai restaurant has excellent food too.
The step up to the bed was rather high!

I was a bit worried when reading some of the reviews but was very happy with my stay. I must say I stayed in one of the deluxe rooms so it was big,very comfortable bed,spacious bathroom with large sink and shower cabin. Don't know about the standard rooms.
Room was close to everything. View of the St. Stephen cathedral from the window. Because of that it might a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent,all the standard stuff you would expect.

Perfect location. Breakfast ok.
The hotel's public areas are very dusty, and dirty.
The whole building looks run down, with construction materjal, and garbage in various public areas
Very noisey at night.
The house keeping is terribile!
We where out almost all morning, till 14.30, and when we returned our room had still not been cleaned.
