The room was very nice and clean. The location is fantastic to get around the city. They had gluten free bread/food options which is a nice bonus and the breakfast was basic but good and fresh.
There was no place to sit outside of your room otherwise no major issues

The reception staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming.
What I didn’t like was that the reception is only open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I expected it to be available 24 hours a day.

Check in was easy, great location.
Everything felt dirty, there was a coffee pod in the machine, even the dishes in the breakfast area were sticky.
