Elegant hotel with comfortable rooms. The design and decor were excellent, with comfortable beds and quality bed linen nThe person on reception was kind and thoughtful - we got a short history of Budapest which made everything make sense.
Nothing negative at all.

Amazing! The staff were friendly, helpful and clear. The location was incredible. I had a room with a rooftop balcony where I spent my evenings enjoying the city.
Not much. Reception is on the 3rd floor and there’s no signage at the main door, so it’s a surprise the first time. Breakfast buffet was also just ok.
